I commented how bizarre it was to call and speak to a tech rep only to be told to Google it. Frankly, I will never be your customer. If that's how you treat people, I'm not at all impressed. Not to mention everyone I spoke to was foreign and couldn't have cared less about my issue. Horrible customer service. One guy asked me if I installed the system myself. Who on earth does that? If I installed it myself, I could get it turned off! Do better. And I guess I'll just be stuck with this "alarm" screen forever because manually turning it off didn't do anything at all.
