The only option is to email a PDF form with a picture of your credit card and ID which is, not only super annoying, but absolutely not safe. You don't want this type of info circulating around, identity theft is no joke. So I decided to drive to the store to pay, which with traffic took me forever. When I got to the store, I had to wait 20+ minutes because the updated estimate that the sales person sent me earlier was not showing up on their system. The sales person was not available. So we had to wait for him. Making a payment should be easy, we are in 2026 :-) I'd even be happy to pay a convenience fee to get an online payment option. Also to be clear. The sales person was very nice and professional. Not blaming the people here, blaming the process and management of 84 Lumber.

The flooring in my daughter's room is buckling, and the custom stair treads are cracking due to improper installation. The stairs squeak terribly, and all the mitered corners of the stairs are loose and coming apart. I have been incredibly patient, waiting for over a year for Sawgrass Floors to address and repair these issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they are no longer responding and appear unwilling to stand behind their work. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret choosing Sawgrass Floors for this project. I cannot recommend them based on the poor quality of the installation and their complete lack of accountability or customer service.

What he does is this: he will take your deposit, tell you that it will take weeks to get the product, Use that money to pay other things, hope that a new customer will come and give another deposit to pay for your product, but when that didnt happen he would hold on to my money and use that to pay for the product, and when it was time to repay me, he would cut part of it and push to "next payment"! By doing that the snowball rolled to more than $30k and now that he doesnt have that "bank" along him, be careful! I thought he was an honest man, even going against what a lot o people say about him, but after what he did last time (holding $17k from a job done at the JCC Pembroke Pines.)saying he will have to repay for a job done in August that a glue failure resulted in replacement of 1200 feet, which he tried really hard to blame me (when we both know he changed the glue we being using for more than 7 years to a glue $20 / a bucket cheaper to "try it out"). I even knowing it was not my fault said...its ok, ill replace the floor, but pay me for what you own me from last job, well he didnt! It was just an excuse to hold my money which he spent it already! So again....be careful, im not there to help pay for your material anymore!

Before the cleaning our porcelain tile had "haze" which made the tile appear a tad cloudy or spotty. After the "haze-remover" the porcelain tile now has a smooth surface and my grout is clean like new. For the marble floors we had those cleaned, polished, and resealed and wow even the urine stains in kid's bathroom are completely gone (see pic). Lior and his team are very professional, skilled, and courteous with your furniture. If you're like me, very particular with your furniture and belongs you don't have to worry about hiring them. We put in a new laminate floor throughout our house and the installers did a great job with the quality of the install, but one of the lighter shade boards looked a little out of place given it was right under the front of the fridge. Clay made sure the installers came back to replace it to ensure the full project was done perfectly. Really happy with the end product and the price point was solid especially given the quality of the job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
