I can never get the kitchen floor clean enough for me and so after Willy and Justin arrived I asked if they clean linoleum. They answered in the affirmative and it was added on to their tasks. They were due to arrive at 2 PM and Willy telephoned at 1:50 to tell me they were delayed a bit, only about 15 minutes. I was quite impressed that I was apprised of the situation. I can't tell you how many times I've been expecting workers and they arrived late with no call ahead of time. This was a breath of fresh air. I never even heard of this company until a few nights ago when they did some work where I work. One…read moreof their employees started insulting me and following me while insulting me. I called the office and Denise said she was going to find out what happened and talk to the employee and call me back. She of course never did. I called back and she acted like we never spoke. Then she remembered we spoke but she had not done anything she told me she would do. I asked to speak to the owner and they would not even tell me his name. Denise mentioned what the employee did was not really a big deal and she acted like I was wrong for even complaining about it. I guess if the managers is like this then I am not surprised the employees are the same way. I attached a picture of the kid who was harassing me at 7 pm at night. I was alone with my two little daughters while he did that. I ran the other way and took a picture of him and their truck so I can call later. Little did I know that the office would not care about what happened lol. What a joke this place is. By the way. Floor they did looks as bad as the people who did it.

Within a two week period of time, between December 18, 2019 and January 2, 2020, out of a bidding contest of 8 different contractors, we selected MBR. Although MBR Services, Inc. has been in operation since 2004, we noticed that their reviews in HomeAdvisor amounted to a very few projects, each of which having consistently no fewer than five glowing stars. From the time we met Gustavo and Maurici, we were absolutely impressed by their combination of serious intelligence and passionate but respectful deportment. This certainly weighed on our decision in choosing them: their budget gave us at all times a detailed description of cost and timing. Our partnership was made even more enjoyable by their hard work and quickness to resolve unforeseen problems. From its onset and much to our own surprise, the project became in no small measure a total renovation of our condo unit. The problem began with a leak located in the kitchen sink; and then it turned out that mold was found. The result was that the entire air duct system, the walls, floors and ceilings had to be dismantled; and this further revealed that the plumbing and electrical systems needed to be brought up to code. After 20 weeks of labor, nearly half of which went into planning, between the process of acquiring permits, and the final approval by our local Building Department; we are now back to our place: With new walls, new ceramic floors, new ceilings; new plumbing; new filtration system, as well as the introduction of a leak detector with online applications to control the water system remotely; with a new arc-fault electric system; new recessed LED lighting; new modern bathrooms; new window treatments, and a new lanai--the latter, where we are currently introducing a ceramic Mexican Saltillo styled ceramic floors to be installed by the same artisans from MBR. The team from MBR Services who oversaw our project were undoubtedly matchless, by far the best contractors we have ever worked with.

I can't believe they are still in business with workmanship like this. My neighbors and I all decided to get the gutters at the same time and we're in townhouses with me on the end. We all contracted separately with the company. Somehow my cost was DOUBLE theirs because of an extra 8 feet of gutter that wraps around the corner. I do not recommend Evolution Gutters.
