We had an issue in our master bedroom where the linoleum was bubbling up. Mark came in and assessed the situation and gave a fair quote to simply repair the previous installation (From another company). Mark then proceeded to take off the baseboards to level out the bubbling floors bit to his surprise the problem would not go away. He then pulled up additional pieces and confirmed there was an underlying wood floor that was saturated with water and completely with mold. This was an issue my wife and I were not expecting but Mark offered to pull up the molded floor and treat the room for mold. We bought Luxury Vinyl Tile and Mark offered to redo all the additional work without charging more for removing the mold and affected material. We were absolutely amazed and happy with his professionalism and attention to detail as he made a completely disastrous situation a blessing.

We were told how the crew would come in a do demo and be finished within a month. The only crew was himself. He took 3 months to complete the work. He constantly lies. He will also charges you for items that you assumed were included in the cost such as nails, garbage bags, materials used on his equipment. The touch ups on the interior were not done to satisfaction. Text messaged pictures of the touch ups that remain were sent and we asked them to please return to complete the work. We did get a response saying that they were very busy and would let us know when they can come back to do the touch ups, but it's been over a month and still nothing. There were a few issues that arose, but we were able to work through them together. Because Phil's company has GC license, he is able to handle most any job you require from him. My only quarrel with this type of contractor is they can be quite pushy with you in wanting ALL your business. I'm a person who likes to select and hire my own contractor for a particular trade or skill. It's just how I do things, and how I'm comfortable. Remember, this type of contractor doesn't do his own work- he hires others to do it, and makes money off the top. The electrical was done well, plumbing- I still have no cold water in my shower and a screw that was never set on my shower valve trim, and the people he used to set all the tile did shoddy work! Phil is a real nice guy, but some of the subs he uses are not his own, and do not do good work. I saved roughly $400 using All Pro, versus a professional bathroom remodeling company. I may rethink that decision in the future.

Jeff (and Diane ) managed to keep us in the loop with calls, texts and pictures. A two day visit and tile, lights, fixtures, hardware, cabinets, granite etc....all chosen. Wonderful, the way they stayed on budget and gave us choices to buy value ourselves or recommended upscale supply businesses (with Diane accompanying us and making it easy). The condo is on the 20th floor with rules about hours, noise and delivery which Jeff managed beautifully. He completed our final checklist promptly. His attention to detail and ability to also get closets, blinds, etc. installed without us was a godsend. Excellent workmanship, reliable, and reasonable. Our place is beautiful. Thank you, Jeff.
