It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Five-Star Review for The Cleaning Authority - Cary, NC…read more I hired The Cleaning Authority to clean my apartment in Cary, NC, and today was my first visit. They completed a full deep cleaning from floor to ceiling, and the difference was noticeable immediately. The company sent a team of two cleaners and a supervising third person. They arrived on time. They communicated clearly. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. They used non-toxic cleaning products, which matters to me. My apartment looked and smelled clean without harsh chemicals. The team worked with care in every room. They covered details I would not have thought to ask about. The floors, counters, appliances, bathrooms, and baseboards were all cleaned thoroughly. I felt confident that they took pride in their work. I have scheduled recurring cleanings every two weeks. Based on this first experience, I do not regret the decision. If you are looking for a dependable cleaning service that delivers quality and communicates well, The Cleaning Authority deserves your consideration. Five stars. Three Months Later: I'm still pleased.

We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. I couldn't ask for better help. I hope Joselyn continues to build her thriving FRC cleaning service in Raleigh, helping many other AirBnB hosts with their house cleaning. She deserves all the success in the world!
