Every time I come in they manage to act like it's an inconvenience that I've arrived during business hours. Seriously, how hard is it to say hello--there are zero customers in the store and 2 people working. You would expect with the cost to that they would be a little more engaging. Love the menu here, come so frequently. Some staff members can be a little more accommodating. The menu is priced higher than competitors and we leave a tip on top. I've only been here once. It wasn't easy to find, and far as Google maps goes. But I eventually found it. They do have parking right up front. But it's small. I was greeted right away by the staff. This was my first time, so I looked at the menu for several minutes. I decided on the celery and kale drink, which was wonderful. It's very expensive though. I think it was about $10.00 for a small cup. Maybe about 14 ounces. I'm not sure. They do serve other items like premade meals, and bowls, and gift items and coffee bags. The cost is a bit much for me to justify. Especially since I can make drinks at home in my Vitamix. I was in the area, heard about them, and thought I would try them out. read more

Sunlife has been our go-to spot for acai bowls for years, and we were happy to see our area had one when we moved here a couple years ago. My wife can live off of their hawaiian bowl, and often sends me on a journey to grab some for her when I make my regular trip to Alive and Well. It's conveniently located, pretty good service with a clean ambience. Honestly we've probably bought hundreds of bowls from here so far, and have rarely been disappointed. My girlfriends and I came here and enjoyed a brunch together. I got the Bliss bowl which was delicious and felt healthy. I didn't think I could eat it all, but I did. The atmosphere was pleasant. I've never had such a poor experience here in my life...I order here weekly. This morning (July 3), I ordered the same thing I always order...GF Bagel with cream cheese + a coffee. I just hit the reorder button. I received a plain bagel...not GF and nothing on it. I called and spoke with the "shift lead". She said her name was Sydney and she's normally at a different location. WOW. Unbelievably rude, zero accountability for their mistake. She blamed it on me also. She offered no solution. She gave the service I would expect at a Motel 6...Oh, and I could tell they were ignorant just by the spelling on the packaging...it's under my husbands name...he has a very basic name...and they managed to spell it wrong for the first time in history. This location used to be a fabulous gluten free restaurant. Unfortunately it was bought out by sun life organics. I tried it out several times in the past few months. I purchased a product (soap) from here the other day and mistakenly picked a different fragrance from what I intended to purchase. When I went to bring it back to see if I could exchange it for the exact same product the manager said no . It was unopened , however since I didn't have a receipt he would not exchange it. Stopped by for the first time today and ordered a bliss bowl for over $19. It was not worth the cost at all. There was an over abundance of what I assume is the trail mix and it was wierd and chewy and didn't fit with the other ingredients. read more

the açaí bowl is a bit over hyped. i would recommend getting a blended one if you want to add protein powder. if you get the buddha bowl it's an extra $6 to add protein powder because you also have to pay for a liquid to be added, and it is already expensive. it was yummy. i was also disappointed that it was liquidy, but that is in me for wanting to add protein powder read more
