I was running out and stopped by the pharmacy to see if they had anymore that I could buy since it helped me remember them during the grieving process. They didn't have any at the store saying they no longer carried that lip balm and offered me an alternative but when I told them I was looking for that particular one since it reminded me of my departed parents, several staff asked me to wait and they went into their warehouse to see if they could find me any remainders. Luckily they found a few and wouldn't take any compensation for them. You are lucky to have a store like that in Austin with such compassionate staff.

I am a personal trainer, have been for 9 years, and worked at a Smoothie King for my first job way back in 2007. I'm familiar with both the service industry and the basics of how Smoothie King operates (though a lot has changed in almost 20 years). I have been frequenting this specific location for over a year now and I have yet to have a poor experience. In fact, it has been the opposite. This may come as a shock to some, but you can mess up a smoothie pretty easily. It can be too icy or too watery very easily. If you have consumed multiple smoothies in your lifetime, you're already aware of the horrors of drinking an icy smoothie. Every single smoothie I have purchased from this location has been either perfect or close to perfect. I have never experienced a poor interaction with the staff and they've provided the expected level of service to both myself and those I observe around me during each visit. The person, who I assume, is the manager on duty during the day has been nothing but exceptional during each visit, even asking "what smoothie are you waiting for" if she feels as though her customer may have been waiting too long for a smoothie. I highly recommend the high protein chocolate, add peanut butter, if a high protein drink aligns with your health and fitness goals. Regardless, the reviews of the past do not reflect the current state of this location. Go ahead and give them a chance if you're searching for a smoothie in the area.

As you know TGTG is a surprise. You don't know what you're going to get. My TGTG was $7.99 and my flowers were a mixture. I went to the service desk, said I have a TGTG floral purchase. They made a call to the floral department and a few short minutes later the gentleman came out with a big bundle. I was so thrilled at how many I got. Now, I know they're not going to be perfect. They are starting to have a droop effect. But for the cost, they are amazing. I've had them at home now for 2 days and I think they actually started perking up. Very happy with what I received. Their pick up window times are late, 8pm to 9pm and I don't live close by, so that's an inconvenience for me. But I happened to be out that night and saw that they had the TGTG service on. Hopefully in the future if the stars are aligned, I'll be able to get a floral arrangement again.

I've never had a bad meal here yet and service is always pretty quick and very friendly.. Sometimes service is slow when they're very busy, but we judge our restaurants by the food. The Pho is always delicious. We enjoyed the egg rolls and always edamame. Pleasant, clean family friendly atmosphere and they serve fun teas, cold drinks to be delivered by a robot.
