I needed my roots touched up and a cut to reshape my current style. My hair is fairly short. I did not receive my same haircut, in fact I cut it when I could inspect it more when I arrived home. I went to pay for what I now was clearly becoming distraught about, and I was told my bill was $550. I gasped! I did not even have a full color, I has in the shop for less than an hour, this would have bought me more than two haircuts and colors at my regular salon. I asked for the breakdown in price and was not given one. This is outrageous! Not to mention I cut my own hair when I arrived home. I have no words. I like to support local businesses but I was fleeced!! If you are considering this salon get a detailed menu of the price breakdown. Dawn H.

Denna was fast, incredibly detailed and gave so much information. I knew exactly how to prep and care for my skin afterwards. HIGHLY recommend her body balm. I took it with me on my trip and it was great for after sun exposure and my dry skin. My spray showed up and looked natural. Not too bad of a smell (I'm super smeller, partner said he couldn't smell anything more than a faint scent). The best part was it didn't come off splotchy and just faded away. Highly recommend 10/10

She mentioned preferring I not purchase the Groupon through their website but that she would honor the Groupon price, which she did, no problem. Keep in mind, the Groupon price is only for new clients. From the initial phones calls to the actual wax, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She really takes her time and is very thorough, it's clear she cares about the quality of her work and the clients' overall experience. Regarding my eyelashes, they turned out great but they are a pricey habit (I think $180 without Groupon) so not sure it'll be a regular thing for me. At first I felt like a lot of them fell out but it's been over 3 weeks and they are hanging in there (not literally- ha!). It's important to comb them with the brushes she supplies so they don't lose shape and get oil-free make up remover. No mascara needed! I'll definitely be back! Thanks again, Violetta!
