Joe is truly amazing and the reason I still keep coming here and I always refer friends and relatives. First, their prices are exceptional, for example, you buy one frame and lens and you'll get a second frame and lens for free, which you can use for home or as a sunglass (just need to pay for the darkening of the lens, which is about $30). The doctor here truly knows his stuff as he has tons of experience. His exams are very quick and you would think, did he check everything right? But trust me, when you wear your updated glasses, you will see that they are absolutely perfect. He even told me the first time I had my exam there, the bifocal/progressive lens is really not needed for my eyes and is just a waste of money. The previous place I went to, they said I needed them, in addition, my prescription barely changed and really didn't need to spend so much money on new lens along with bifocal/progressive lens (and he was right!). Imagine that, a business that says, you don't need to spend more money! Joe is a true model of what outstanding customer service is, and Chris who is a younger guy, I'm assuming was trained by Joe, so he is also outstanding. From the initial steps in searching for a frame to picking up your new eye wear is nothing short of exceptional, they don't pressure you into buying anything at all. They are truly in the best interest of their customers, especially in finding a frame that fits and looks great on you. I called the same day for an appointment and they were able to fit me in. No wait! As I entered both Ladies were welcoming and briefed me with my insurances.(which I loved, I never know which insures covers what) Social distance was a priority. Everything was clean and welcoming. The doctor was able to see me right away, I literally spent no more than 45 min with exam. She was extremely nice, easy to speak to, (some doctors get right to the point and brief) she was very thorough, explained the exams and completed the different eye tests! She took her time where I didn't feel like I was a number or a patient entering a revolving door! I inquired about colored contacts she even provided me with samples of different colored contacts! I would 1000% recommend this vision care!

I went to get him an eye exam. And obviously new glasses. She told me she didn't understand what I wanted or why I was showing her the letter. She told me they don't take my child's prescription informing the eye exam was 100 dollars. Didn't even ask to see if I would still like to be serviced. Just assumed I couldn't afford it. Suggested another optical for kids at the near mall. Clearly she didn't want the business.. super rude. Please don't go here one persons attitude at a business establishment can differ.
