It has happened to me far too often to say it's just once in a while . This eventually leads to wasted time . The staff is not the best at customer service , and I do see them behaving different to different clientele . Why do I go back ? only because they do have variety and are convenient if you are already shopping in the mall .

I've used them for that as well as to transfer lenses into a different frame from the broken one. If you need your glasses fixed, come here since it's all you got. Loved how efficient the staff were. They even gave me a call to let me know my insurance benefits weren't ready until a specific time so I had to reschedule but that part was easy as well. Elias was the first employee who was able to explain the benefits of nose clips versus non nose clips on the glasses. He was the first employee able to explain The benefits of lines on bifocals versus no lines. He was able to clearly explain my available insurance benefits. She smiles all the time and you can hear it in her voice when she answers the phone. She is just PERFECT to be the one to greet and one who answers the phone! I had Shay help me pick out my frames when I was there in the fall and she was WONDERFUL. I, however, was NOT wonderful to my glasses. No no. I scratched not ONE but BOTH LENSES right in the middle of the lens. Grrr. So I figured oh well I'm just going to have to pay for new lenses. I got them in November and it's July!! Well the day I called Alexa answered bright and cheery as usual. I told her my sad story and she asked for my information so she could look up my account. Well I apparently had a TWO year warranty for scratches!!! Yeeeehaw!! So she said NO PROBLEM, we will just order the new lenses and then call you when they come in. You can swing by anytime it's convenient to get them swapped out! After about two weeks I realized that I hadn't given her my new phone number. So even IF she called she wouldn't get me! Lol. So I called and (yup Alexa again!) She said hey!!! We have your lenses!! I popped in the next day and it was just her and Shay (I apologize if I've misspelled your name!) They got right to it and Shay had a hard time cleaning my glasses as I'd put these cheap plastic pads on to keep them from sliding lol She took those off, reshaped them and I keep them on my nose and then got back to cleaning the lenses. She went back again into the room Alexa had swapped the lenses out and called Alexa in. They found a HUGE scratch on my NEW lenses!! Then as she finally got rhem cleaned and fitted, she found another on the other lens. I was not upset because what can you do right? But Shay said THIS isn't acceptable. She said try he first thing the next day she'd call the lab to expedite me a new pair of lenses. That would only have been a week tomorrow. I was VERY impressed, again with th level OF POST service/appointment care. They genuinely care and genuinely like what they do. That's clear. I'll keep going here as long as they'll see me!! Love the staff and love my glasses!! And I KNOW I'll have some new lenses soon too. Which will be checked and double checked before they call me lol

After all the dough I just spent? It left a bitter taste in my mouth and I probably won't go back because of that petty gesture. Parking this time of year is always tricky, but expected. This year they changed companies and it was disappointing to see the new pricing. You need to pay $20.00 for the appointment/down payment towards pictures. This year the cheapest package offered for purchase was $39.99. The Santa was great as always and the team members were nice. They did good on timing and we were in and out in a timely manner. My kids liked the stuffed animals they got as a gift from Santa. My biggest suggestion would be to bring back the one picture and/or digital option and have more affordable package options.

We've been to Choza and CPK. I can't wait until Fogo de Chao opens. I like Peet's Coffee, but I wished there was a local coffee shop. There is also an AMC. Tender Loving Empire has great items that are made by various local and small businesses. When we went to the Apple Store during the holidays, it seemed pretty busy. This shopping center offers different experiences if you plan to shop, dine, walk around, or attend an event.
