At the store, I ordered 2 lens replacements and bought one new set of frames. However when I got my cc statement, the store had charged me for 3 lens replacements and for an extra $56 above the stated price for the new frames. Pretty simple to correct, right? Wrong. After calling your customer service, I received the run around and no help After more than half an hour on the phone. Warby Parker told me they can't help me and to contact my cc company. They claim to be unable to see what I was ultimately charged by Warby Parker on my cc. Amazing. Do you really expect me To believe that your company has no idea what is charged to customers by the cc company? Your company receives millions in sales via cc's. Obviously you can and do audit to make sure you are getting the correct revenue from your cc company. Shame on you

I've been wearing glasses ever since I could remember and definitely look forward to getting that new pair every year- SEE provides a wide selection of frames, with styles ranging from serious to funky but always fun. Highly recommend working with Brenda Estrada! She's super patient and is like your personal shopper in store - you can have no idea what you want and she'll select beautiful options for you to try on. Loved her so much the first time around that the second time I made sure she was available on the day I was planning to go to ensure she made my experience as amazing as the first time around!

The lens popped out during my hot yoga class ( I didn't realize the heat was impacting the frame and warping it.) I was definitely in a panic as the shop was closing in 45 min and I have to wake up tomorrow for the Bar exam. I'm a loud over sharer so I expressed my woes to the customer service rep Sam, and she looked over the framed noticed that the screw was broken, replaced it and did the adjustment all with a smile. I'm so thankful that didn't say "no technicians are in" or "we are closing can you come back tomorrow." It was fast service, and I'm happy that the frames snapped when they did COULD YA IMAGINE IF IT HAPPENED DURING THE EXAM. . Well, as it turns out, I have cataracts developing. They could easily have sold me $300 glasses, but they said " you don't need glasses, you need an ophthalmologist." Both the young woman who administered the tests and the optometrist who reviewed the results and explained them to me, both are extraordinarily professional and caring. Horrible Service -- Be Careful If You Use Your Insurance…read more I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I believe I was overcharged, and I returned with my insurance statement to show proof of the amount I was actually supposed to pay. Unfortunately, the male manager was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of taking the time to review my insurance documents and investigate the issue, he repeatedly asked me, "Why did you pay if you disagreed with the price?" My answer was simple: I had lost my glasses and was basically unable to see, so I needed them immediately. That does not mean I should be overcharged. Another employee was trying to help me, but the manager kept interrupting and inserting himself into the conversation. His attitude made me feel as if my business was not wanted, even though I had previously purchased almost four pairs of glasses from this store using my insurance. I had documentation from my insurance showing what they paid and what I was supposed to pay. I was told that the prices had increased. If that was the case, why were the new charges not properly submitted to the insurance company? My insurance statement clearly showed the amounts, and I believe I was overcharged. What bothered me most was that nobody took the time to properly investigate the situation. I was simply dismissed as if I had come to the store to cause a problem rather than as a returning customer trying to resolve a legitimate billing issue. After giving this store so much business, I will never return to this location again. The male manager seriously needs additional training on how to communicate with and treat customers respectfully. I am honestly surprised that this level of customer service is acceptable at a store in SoHo, NYC.

Also, what a difference in the whole appointment itself was from the last optometrist I saw; Dr. Denise Whittam is great and the whole staff at the store is also really helpful and bends over backwards.
