I had to chase the sales people and the doctor again. The male sales person simply started being rude with me when I demanded to provide the correct prescription. Never had i this kind of experience at a eyeglasses store. Then after multiple calls they just started simply ignoring me. What a shame! By the US federal law the prescription has to be provided to a patient even if the patient didn't ask for it. Besides that, the glasses that I ordered were never made and after almost a month I was told that they need another two weeks minimum. Such a disappointment and a waste of time!!! Their phone is registered for one company, the store is registered for another company and the name of the store does not even match the company's name. So it's basically three different business entities I am reporting this business for scam and poor service that seems like they are conning customers!!!

I was able to get two glasses for the price of one here. Asides from the price, the two guys in charge here are very nice, and I was able to get my glasses in a week. He was the perfect combination of a grandfatherly person with whom kids can be comfortable and a professional who wants to give best possible product to his client. Even if it means smaller profit margins. John reminded me why we value mom and pop shops, and why that spirit can never be recreated by the big box stores. While John fitted our son, he regaled us with stories of his kids and grand kids. Somehow dispensing parenting advice at same time he helped us pick glasses and keeping our 5 yr old engaged in frame / color, etc. Heartily recommend. And, it will be a sad day when they retire.
