I've had warby glasses for years and have really liked them. I've been less impressed with their sunglass style and value. I'm not likely to continue getting sunglasses from warby.

I received an email about a week after the purchase that the lab was being updated or remodeled and my glasses were delayed. Then I received another mail stating they were still delayed because they had a lab that wasn't open. Then I received another email telling me they no longer had the frame and would not be restocking the frame. Now I'm over 5 weeks without the sun glasses. I responded to the email asking which excuse was correct. Are they delayed due to the lab or are they no longer able to get the frame. I asked if they could get the frame from one of the stores and they said no. I got in my car and drove another hour back to the store and the store still has the very frame on display. I showed them the frame and asked why it's still on the shelf and they couldn't say. This has been my 1st experience with Warby Parker and I don't plan on using them again.

Because they offer a good product , at a good price point , with comfortable retail shopping space for those whom enjoy the "shopping experience " and always offer good customer service. Their Teams know the product , explain it well- and let's not forget - THEY DONATE A PAIR for every pair sold! Stellar. The staff double checked the lens and they matched their prescription. Then they checked my current glasses and they found they were different than theirs, so I asked for a refund for the glasses and the exam. They refunded just the glasses, the prescription is unusable as written as it does not match my needs. I would never come back to Warby Parker, as I feel like I have not received anything for my money.

This place has some serious management issues with how they operate. I made a point to tell them this and that I couldn't see. I only had a pair of sunglasses from a few prescriptions ago, which is not at all ideal for daily wear. They said, on July 12 that they would be ready in about a week and a half which would have been around July 24. I never heard anything so I called them on that day to check and they said one pair had come in. Not sure when that happened or why they hadn't called me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now it has been 2 1/2 week, I still had not gotten a call about the second pair and so I call them again and they say they are ready. For being a company supposedly passionate about people's vision, they sure don't seem to be in a rush to get you to see properly. If I hadn't called, how much longer would it have been? I'm beyond disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for my eye exams and glasses in the future.

I only had to wait a short time before the optometrist was able to see me. The staff was very friendly, and there was a pretty good variety of frames to browse while I was waiting. My eyes are really dry and get irritated easily so the optometrist gave me a lot of helpful tips on how to care for them better and recommended eye drop brands to check out! Will be back!

The optometrist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and, thankfully, not at all judgmental of how I routinely punish my eyes and wear my contacts to bed disturbingly frequently. He gave me some great tips on how to give my eyes a bit of a break. Everyone was really helpful in helping me find the best deal for my contacts and glasses! Big thumbs up!
