They took my sunglasses looked them up put them in a new case and gave me a box with all the information that I needed made it incredibly simple and easy for me. They also had a very nice selection of sunglasses and I ended up going home with a new pair of Versace while I'm waiting for my Maui Jim's to come back. Employees there were very friendly and helpful. When I returned home, I decided the glasses just didn't look good on me so I drove an hour to the closet Sunglasses Hut which is in Zona Rosa. I will assume it was the manager that helped me and he took no time at all to tell me he would not return the glasses because the store hadn't put me in the system. I told him that they did put my purchase in the system because they pulled my name up at their store because of my other glasses I had bought at a Sunglasses Hut. I didn't have the receipt but I had my credit card statement that showed the purchase and where the purchase took place. He informed me I was just out of luck and would have to call the store I bought them at, which at that point, he walked off to help someone else. I called the Branson store when I got home and they pulled me right up with my email address in the system. The associate I talked to on the phone was very kind and took the time to listen to my situation and apologized for the issue. So the associate at the Zona Rosa sunglass hut just didn't want to take the markdown for my glasses at his store.

Refused to order new lenses cuz "they'd fall out". I told her I was at a Sunglass Hit last week at an airport they said they were replaceable but to order them from the one in town. Her manager come out with the same poor lack of customer service I've like I'm wasting their time. Imagine someone selling high end glasses and rolling their eyes over and over, huffing and puffing like they don't even want your service. Awkward experience. Literally went straight to another Sunglass Hut and was met with quality service and no attitude. They said there'd be no issue putting new lenses in, sold me a new pair as well. Gave me warranty and were incredible to work with. Town center plaza needs to hire personnel without attitudes or at the very least retrain these two. Been a business owner since 2001 and would immediately separate an employee for treating my customers like that. I highly recommend going to the Plaza store location or even Scheels. Everytime I go there they clean my glasses and tighten the screws without asking. Far better store.

David in Liberty was a pleasure, he was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, funny, and engaging. I would recommend him for sure. I was told it would take an hour for my two pairs of glasses; it took 20 minutes. :) However, after I got my glasses I tried to register online so I could buy some more glasses from home. I tried to register for a week and kept getting an error message. I finally called customer service and was told that for some reason there were two accounts associated with me. The customer service agent was awesome and she told me she fixed the problem within a minute. She did and I was able to get one step closer to logging in. There was a new wrinkle, though. My prescription expiration date was entered as the day I got my glasses so, essentially I cannot order glasses online since my prescription appears expired. I called customer service back (5 minutes before they closed, btw). That agent told me that I could just go to the store and there was nothing else to be done. She offered only a coupon for 50% off an in-store purchase. I was irritated, but it wasn't her fault. I asked for a supervisor. I was on hold for like 2 minutes and then the phone disconnected. I was HOT since I figured they'd hung up on me since it was almost closing time and I was asking for a supervisor. I was already composing an angry review and email. Then my phone rang. It was the supervisor (Mary) calling me back. She was professional, helpful, empathetic, and great. She saved the interaction, my impressions, and this review. Thanks again!

Do not forget to have the pizza and fudge at the cafe after a long stroll at the store. Also on the second floor they have beautiful taxidermy animals areas which is a fantastic site. It can get busy on the weekends so plan your visit accordingly because it's hard to get parking outside the store. I had Lasik surgery here and am very, very happy with the outcome. After 8 hours post surgical…read morepain and discomfort, I woke up from my recovery nap able to see clearly and see everything. I was disappointed in the pre and post evaluations (reason for 4 stars). I had one other evaluation prior to coming here and that was very informative. That facility spent a lot of time discussing my different options and helping me with the pro's and con's of this procedure. I felt that I was very informed about my decision when I left this other facility. Silverstein was my second evaluation, after seeing a Groupon for their services. I did my research and felt that the Groupon cost was worth it and that Silverstein was a good place to go (not many reviews so that is why I am writing one). When I arrived for my initial evaluation, the "nurse" was pretty thorough in my exam. She gave me some information that I received at my other evaluation and answered some general questions. Then I saw Dr. K. He walked in, didn't introduce himself and seemed to be in hurry to get me in and out. He did not offer me a lot of information but looked at my eyes, asked me if I had any questions and that was it. Then I was sent to the surgical coordinator who discussed all the cost details and set up my appointment. She was VERY helpful in answering questions that I later thought of and gave me things to think about with my vision. In the weeks waiting for surgery I was very anxious and unsure if I really wanted to have my eyes worked on. The surgical coordinator was very helpful and reassuring, willing to take my calls and answer all my questions. The day of the surgery I arrived and waiting in Pre-op with 3 other people (with curtain dividers) and waited for my turn to go in. I was led into the surgical room where I was placed onto the surgical bed and the team got ready for my turn. Dr. Silverstein came in, was very nice and informed me about everything that would happen. He talked to me the entire time and was very calming and re-assuring. After surgery I had a quick follow up with Dr. K (that seems to be his thing - quick) and was discharged. Returned the following day for a very quick follow up with Dr. K and that again released. Three days later I am thrilled with my vision and thrilled with Dr. Silverstein's team. The procedure was much smoother than I could ever anticipate and the process is well oiled. How can they earn that 5th star? I would like Dr. K to spend more time with , patients, introduce himself when he walks into the room and make sure I am well informed of what I'm walking into. I also wish I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Silverstein before the surgery. That just seems odd to me to do a procedure on someone but never see them before or after the event. All in all I am thrilled that I went to Silverstein! I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for Lasik and needing to budget their money. The Groupon made this a GREAT deal for me!
