Came in Wednesday for some ray-ban metas didn't get greeted or talked too much at all thinking maybe it's because I knew what I came in for who know. Tonight came in for the Oakley metas Daniel made the experience totally different got greeted and talked to straight through the door got informed and walked through my purchase. He let me know about the special that was going on. I also did not know about the refill policy on the lens cleaner. He informed me about that as well.. totally different experience it was amazing. Daniel was awesome and I will be back hopefully he will be the one there to help again! read more

Absolutely AWFUL a customer service! I came in with a receipt and to return of a purchase from earlier in the week... Janie was the clerk who was rude, aggressive, incompetent and completely inappropriate! Started blaming the people who sold me the item - kept telling me about how over worked and untrained she was for her job. After over 30 minutes in the store and me providing my phone number and info numerous times said "look I don't know how to do this." No manager available ... awful! Will never be back read more

Went there to get my sunglasses adjusted (for the second time) and a young man waited on me. I was not treated professionally. He tried to explain to me how "this material bends" and offer me a lesson in physical science blended with attitude. This put such a poor taste in my mouth. Will not return to that store for anything. Will seek services and other products from other Sunglass Huts. read more

My husband went in to buy me a pair of sunglasses as a suprise and the lady there talked up a brand called Arnette so he bought them. They are cute but within 2 months the labels fell off of the sides with very minimal wear. I took them back in and the guy had a rude attitude but said he could exchange them for the same pair one time. I was happy with this but made a comment about how I hope they can send them back to the company so they get reimbursed. He said "No we won't and Ray Ban is a better quality anyway." I asked why the sales lady talked up this "new" brand and how great they were if they don't stand by their products? No one answered and they just looked at me, handed over a receipt and said nothing. I guess since I did not but Ray Bans or go in and buy a different pair then they thought it was okay to just be rude. I won't be back. read more

Great location. I've been there several times and the people there are always knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Tom, helped me with a broken pair last year. I had a terrible experience at this location today for one reason - the employee. As soon as I walked in this afternoon, the employee was standoffish, unfriendly and rude. Instead of coming to me, she walked to her register. She wanted me to describe what I was looking for from across the store. The tone of her voice was uninviting, which made me not want to purchase at this store even more. I already made my decision to not purchase at this store but just to confirm my intuition about the employee, I asked her if a particular pair of glasses could be adjusted (I knew they could because I've gotten previous sunglasses and that exact pair adjusted before at other Sunglass Hut locations). As predicted, she said no without any care or interest in finding out if they could. I left disappointed by her disinterest and dismayed by how someone like herself could work in customer service, being that it's paramount in building a business. I bought my son a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses at this location about 15 months ago. The ear piece broke off and I knew they only had a 1 year waranty. I took them in to see if they could help me to send them in and maybe be repaired at my cost. The lady working there was very rude. She said " we don't have anything to do with ray ban". Oh really, their name is all over the walls there. She could not even give me an address. She told me to go online and " look it up". I would not recommend shopping at this location or buying ray ban sunglasses again read more
