His office was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. My eye situation is... let's just say complicated, but Dr. Robertson took the time to catch up, decode my unique vision drama, and update my prescription like a total pro. The front desk team already had my insurance info ready to go, and helped me pick out some frames I'm honestly way too excited about. Heads up though -- TSO sends glasses out for processing. They said I will have to wait three weeks for my new specs to arrive. I'm worried about their 30 day policy for adjustments. Will I lose 75% of that that window? Even though I was nervous about leaving my old optometrist, I feel like Dr. Robertson actually cares, and I'm so grateful I found him. I intend trust him with my eyeballs again lol.

This vision center does exams for prescriptions (glasses, contacts). Target has a separate optical center where you buy frame and lenses. I made an appointment online. The doctor who helped me, Yee, was very friendly and thorough. She was very knowledgable and asked all the right questions. She seemed engaged and caring. I was very pleased. The standard eye exam was $90 and took about 30 minutes. My wife recommended this place because she said everyone was very friendly and nice, and she was right. They do accept certain insurance. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. Other than that, I was very pleased and would definitely return the next time I need an exam for new glasses.
