During my travels across the USA, I visited many amazing places, but Wild Bill's Western Store in…read morethe historic part of Dallas left a truly unforgettable impression on me. Honestly, when I first saw the store from the street, I had no idea that inside I was about to experience one of the most authentic moments of my entire Texas trip. The second I walked in, I was surrounded by the incredible smell of leather, wood, and genuine craftsmanship. The atmosphere of this place is impossible to describe in just one sentence -- it feels like stepping straight into the real Western world. The staff were unbelievably kind, welcoming, and helpful, exactly the kind of people who turn a simple visit into a memorable experience. What impressed me the most was the enormous collection of cowboy boots and hats. The walls filled with beautifully crafted boots looked like pieces of art. Every pair felt unique, detailed, and full of character, and you could truly sense the tradition, quality, and passion behind the craftsmanship. Besides the boots and hats, they also had beautiful western clothing, belts, accessories, souvenirs, mugs, keychains, and so many charming little items -- nothing felt cheap or overly touristy. As someone from Europe, I was absolutely fascinated by this place. I seriously considered buying a pair of authentic cowboy boots, but in the end I realized they would probably spend more time being admired in my closet than actually worn -- and boots that beautiful deserve better than that. Wild Bill's was not just a store for me. It was an experience, an atmosphere, and a real piece of Texas that I will remember for a very long time. If you are ever in Dallas, do not miss this place.

We walked around and decided to purchase our ornament for our trip to Texas 2026. Certainly worth checking out. Service was so nice. The store is fully stocked and the prices are great.

They want you to make an appointment to shop here but there's no one inside. The destitute situation in downtown Dallas also makes it seem depressing; who wants to shop in a store with no customers inside (since they won't let them in without an appointment) and then buy a $2k Rabanne dress with desperate homeless people outside? The security is fierce. I guess they need to be.

They did not and still have not even though I asked in writing a number of times. In addition, I filed complaints with the BBB, Texas Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission in which they have ignored all the complaints and the continuous demands. Manager: Robin Wilkes, IT coordinator: Arlette Silva. Due to my experience... Robin WILKES Her incompetence reaches staggering new heights. This pathetic excuse for a "manager" lacks even the self-awareness to recognize her own incompetence. Her leadership is as inconsequential as a lepton, and her professional conduct is an outright joke. Arlette SILVA A laughably inept "IT Coordinator" at Forty Five Ten, whose technical prowess rivals that of a box of hair. Even the simplest task--like removing an email address at a client's request--somehow exceeds her baffling incompetence. Frankly, this IT department would be more effective if it were staffed by lab-rejected monkeys from failed pharmaceutical trials. An embarrassment to the IT profession.

Long story short - I have some evidence suggesting that Mr. Taylor's account has been hacked and none of these messages are from him. I talked to people familiar with Mr. Taylor and his business. He is currently away from the store and isn't super familiar with the inner workings of Instagram. I was very skeptical at first but I now think that this may be a case of a weak password and some savvy hackers. The messages people are receiving from this account are awful and sexist. I've been told that this Instagram account will soon be shut down and disassociated with this store. It seems, from some of the non-Instagram reviews on here, that Mr. Taylor has been running a decent business for a while. Here's to hoping that this is a case of technological-ineptitude and not disgusting lechery. Giving you one last shot Mr. Taylor!

He's new to this whole suit song and dance and so we just wanted some insight on ideal fit, cost, etc. My idea was to go into some of the more high-dollar clothier's as they would have more quality workers then say, a men's warehouse. When I tell you the guy at the front gave us the WORST stank attitude when we came in. He literally, LITERALLY began walking away as we were talking to him. LITERALLY!!! I mean, come on! He was talking over us and literally cut us off mid-sentence. Maybe we didn't look like we had enough money to be in this area? Maybe we still had garlic on our breath from Mi Cocina? Maybe if I would've dropped our "titles" we would've gotten at least eye-contact? Maybe we should've flashed the BMW key chain? I don't know... All I know is it was shocking... My guy turned to me in disbelief and I took his hand and walked out.
