The staff was rude and made fun of me for having a high prescription and said I probably wouldn't look good in frames because of it. I left this Costco in tears and mentioned my experience to management. They were treating me as if I wasn't a person. While both the store manager and optical manager apologized, I won't consider them for glasses. It's a shame because I love this location's store. But when we got to the register, the $78 glasses was rung up for $178. When we questioned this, the salesperson reached out to the manager, Brian Rivers, who told us they wouldn't honor the ticket price and we had to pay the full amount. Keep in mind, they didn't have any other pairs of these glasses available, so we'd have to buy the display model. I strongly advise against visiting Sunglass Hut at the Menlo Mall, as they misrepresent their prices in-store. Brian Rivers, I'm disappointed in your leadership style. It's clear your staff are intimidated by you, as they admitted they knew the ticket price was incorrect but didn't want to deal with the consequences.
