Every time I have even the slightest question or request they bend over backwards for me. Dale took my information and tried to track down a set of frames I was looking for, and checked for four days, calling me each day with an update. Linette spent the better part of an hour consulting me on which frames to get, catering her response to my needs and what I told her I was looking for. This included selling me a frame that was half the price of another, because she noted that durability was a concern for me, and the one I was considering probably wouldn't work out. They are really good about telling you if you should wait because of an upcoming sale or event, and every time I've gotten glasses from there they've promptly notified me when it came in. I really can't recommend these folks enough.

Didn't talk down to me. I had my prescription in minutes. I picked out my lenses by the helpful young kid named Danal(sp). His mom and him basically run the glasses portion of the shop. They are courteous and most helpful at helping you pick the right frames for your face. Within a week, I had my new glasses. They made sure they fit right and their were no problems. It's definitely a great place if you're in the market for new glasses and an eye exam. So you can get an eye exam,pick out your glasses, grab a dunkin' if that's your thing, and do your grocery shopping all in one swoop. They take most insurances and are cost effective. So if ya can't read this go to optical.

Vesta continues to give us outstanding service. She takes the time and puts in the effort to make sure we are satisfied. When I was having trouble focusing on my computer screen with my progressive lenses Vesta suggested she make an "old school" bifocal so I could have a mid-range and reading lens. (side note: I worked form home during the pandemic so the focus on my screen was different from the office) She helped us found a simple frame that looked good and would work for the bifocals. They were perfect! And now, Vesta's son is working there, too, and he is just as easy and pleasant to work with. All we can say is "keep up the good work! we truly appreciate it!"

Dr. Roth didn't answer any of my questions, and seemed to be following a checklist. He pushed the eye device into my face rather hard, hard enough where it hurt when it impacted my forehead. My eye pressure was high--something that should not have been overlooked--but Dr. Roth failed to even notice it. After I brought it up, he quickly dismissed it, saying he'd "take care of it" as he rushed me out. Take care of it when? That kind of neglect is unacceptable. I literally have to go to a different doctor to redo the exam because this guy was so incompetent. This is not to mention that I was initially told vision therapy would be covered by my insurance, and then told the first part would be $1400 not covered by any insurance. He wouldn't tell me the cost of the next part nor would he tell me what was involved. Please don't go here - you deserve better.

The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant but then I was transferred to a different woman to verify insurance information. Family Eye Care's website states that they accept Davis vision plan so it seemed like all was well and that is what would be used for the eye exam. I was then asked what medical insurance I had so I said we have Tricare as we are a military family. This is when everything changed. Now I'm being told are don't accept THAT Davis vision. I then explained these two policies are not at all connected and my Davis vision plan is not connected to Tricare whatsoever as the medical plan is under my husband and the vision under myself. Totally separate. I was then told it's just our policy. So I said but you didn't even take down any of my information or policy information so how do you know you don't take my specific Davis policy without even checking and there is no connection to Tricare? At this point the woman began yelling and stated it is just our policy and slammed the phone down one me! Since there was no problem until I mentioned TriCare, it sounds like this practice has a problem with military insurance and therefore military families. I'm glad I know thank God I didn't bring my eight-year-old around these people. Military families especially: Stay away !!

I called them, they made the return process easy and that's where the nightmare began. I tried getting the correct size/pair and they told me that they weren't made, only non prescription in that size? Then I asked for a refund (7-10 business days) and it took about 20 days to get my refund. I went to LensCrafters on Rte 18, got EXCELLENT service from start to finish and got both pairs (the size I wanted all along) in just over a wk. Dr. S may focus on your eyes, but he is concerned with your overall well being and he certainly took several extra steps to try and help me. I am thankful for doctors like him! It was easy to book an appointment as a new patient- I sent an email and then called them to confirm my appointment and details. I was able to get in a slot within a week. There is a spacious parking lot in a complex (with Starbucks, Jersey mikes etc). I checked in, filled out the forms and in about 15 mins I was called in for my appointment. They had nice high tech equipments that I hadn't seen (and I've been to the eye doctors appointments for almost two decades) which felt very comprehensive.
