Every time I have even the slightest question or request they bend over backwards for me. Dale took my information and tried to track down a set of frames I was looking for, and checked for four days, calling me each day with an update. Linette spent the better part of an hour consulting me on which frames to get, catering her response to my needs and what I told her I was looking for. This included selling me a frame that was half the price of another, because she noted that durability was a concern for me, and the one I was considering probably wouldn't work out. They are really good about telling you if you should wait because of an upcoming sale or event, and every time I've gotten glasses from there they've promptly notified me when it came in. I really can't recommend these folks enough.

Through yelp, I found this place and read some positive reviews of Dr. Lee. I made an appointment for myself and two kids and we all had our eyes examined by Dr. Lee. He's friendly and I never felt rushed through our appointments. He made sure to answer all questions and concerns. When our exam is done, we have the choice to get our prescriptions written and head out to another place to shop and shop here directly. Honestly, I knew I needed the Asians fit so I browsed around to see what they have on stocked. It didn't take too long for me to fit 'the one' pair of frame. It was light weight, cute and fits my face perfectly. The best part is the frames are reasonably priced compared to my other Asian fit frame I purchased in north jersey. 20% discounts are given to customers who doesn't have insurance for frames and yes, unfortunately that applies to us. I'm happy with my glasses and so is my son. For my daughter, there were no change in her eyesight exam which is great as she can still wear her existing pair. Their staff is friendly and really try to work with the patients/customers. I have seen them on providing costs effective and solutions if you have any financial concerns.

I came in for a concern about a spot in my eye, and without much explanation, he immediately dismissed it as dirt and attempted to approach my eye with a needle. I was already feeling anxious and lightheaded, so I calmly asked if I could reschedule and bring a support person to help me manage my anxiety during the procedure. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, he became extremely rude and dismissive. He repeatedly called me a "baby" and mocked my request for support, saying it was unnecessary and "stupid." I explained that I am neurodivergent and that having support is important for me, but he continued to belittle me. He then told me that if I didn't allow him to proceed immediately, he would refuse to see me again and asked me to leave his office. I left feeling humiliated and ended up crying in my car. No patient should be treated this way--especially when they are being open about their mental health needs. This was not only unprofessional, but completely lacking in empathy and basic respect. Dr. S clearly reviewed some serious eye concerns with me and he even corrected my contacts in the same visit! My contacts have never fit better, but most importantly he helped me with my serious eye concerns AND my medical issues that led to the concerns with my vision. Dr. S may focus on your eyes, but he is concerned with your overall well being and he certainly took several extra steps to try and help me. I am thankful for doctors like him! She had a huge needle and started aiming towards my eye. When asked if she can tell me as to what she will be doing, she replied that I am numb and won't feel it. Halfway through, my heart started racing and I ran a sweat and felt like I was going to pass out. I pushed through so she could finish. When she was done, I told her I didn't feel well and told her my symptoms. I asked her to get me water, my husband and to check my blood pressure. She did not know how to react to me being in distress and left me alone. I had to ask her three times to get my husband. They told my husband that I wasn't feeling well. My husband said my face was grey. They showed no concern. I rushed to the bathroom where I released both ends. My husband had to beg for them to call an ambulance! Eventually, they took my pressure. While it was elevated, I felt better. I got my vitals checked! I had to beg for them to tell me what medicine they used. It appeared to be my nerve that goes from my eye to my heart. As I was leaving the office, the nurse just stared. The doctor didn't even say feel better. She disappeared! Please don't come here! They are not trained properly and they don't treat their patients with respect. I don't even expect a follow up call! They didn't even tell me what to expect after the procedure!

Didn't talk down to me. I had my prescription in minutes. I picked out my lenses by the helpful young kid named Danal(sp). His mom and him basically run the glasses portion of the shop. They are courteous and most helpful at helping you pick the right frames for your face. Within a week, I had my new glasses. They made sure they fit right and their were no problems. It's definitely a great place if you're in the market for new glasses and an eye exam. So you can get an eye exam,pick out your glasses, grab a dunkin' if that's your thing, and do your grocery shopping all in one swoop. They take most insurances and are cost effective. Vesta continues to give us outstanding service. She takes the time and puts in the effort to make sure we are satisfied. When I was having trouble focusing on my computer screen with my progressive lenses Vesta suggested she make an "old school" bifocal so I could have a mid-range and reading lens. (side note: I worked form home during the pandemic so the focus on my screen was different from the office) She helped us found a simple frame that looked good and would work for the bifocals. They were perfect! And now, Vesta's son is working there, too, and he is just as easy and pleasant to work with. All we can say is "keep up the good work! we truly appreciate it!"
