Salesman could not fix it so said we'd need to send them back to Maui Jim (in Illinois??) for repair. Had to go to the other store across the mall to get a shipping box and the Manager there basically threw the box at me and said in a snide tone....Sorry.... I told her that service should go beyond the sale aand she grunted something intelligible like "that's just the way it goes". And, so it goes.... These fools are gung-ho at the sale and promise the world but, when they don't deliver, well, they are indifferent. I've learned and won't go back....I hope you don't either.

I told the guy I was driving from Colorado Springs about 40 min away and when I got there some idiot who claimed to be the manager says we can't work on those because the pins need to be drilled out which is bull shit. They are pins that drive out from the front to back and the so called repair experts there told me they are outdated Oakley X Metal $1000 sunglasses but there is a monkey on YouTube shows how they are repaired and my thoughts are this place is full of clueless idiots. So I called Oakley and of course they can be completely repaired as they are the best sunglasses Oakley has ever made in titanium now worth $800 to upwards of several thousand depending on rarity. The manger of this place clearly is an uneducated fool on the Oakley X Metal most valuable line to date. No effort to do any research to help the customer at all and don't go there! Dr. F

There were no prices that made this an actual Outlet store, so it didn't take long to get through everything they had to offer. Most annoyingly, they had a giant sandwich sign in the door way saying that they were too full for anyone else to enter so the first two times we walked by, we didn't go in. The third time we poked our heads in to see if perhaps the folks inside were wrapping up and the store was empty. The employee behind the counter waved us in, apparently he couldn't be bothered to move the sign...

Dry eyes no more!…read more Dr. Ortman is the best. He takes it as personal challenge to get whatever you need done for you. I went in for an exam for glasses and mentioned I had dry eyes. He told me about a device called iLux which unclogs your pores (glands) between eyelashes. I was skeptical but had suffered with dry eyes so many years, I thought I'd try it. Well for the first time in over 15 years I do not have dry eyes! It's been about 5 months since he did it and it is still amazing. I can wear make up without it bothering me, my cornea has scratches and I am thinking that I will prevent further damage by having my eyes properly lubricated. Thank you Dr. Ortman! You are the best!

I am new to the Castle Rock area and needed a contact lens exam, as well as new eye glasses for computer work. Dr. Billings was very thorough with my exam and gave me multiple lenses to trial (as I was having issues with eye dryness). After trialing 3 different lenses, she recommended another brand that she did not have in stock in my prescription strength, but she was more than willing to order some for me to try. The front desk staff was also very helpful in picking out new frames and I appreciated their honesty and candor with my choices. I returned a week later to pickup my new glasses and trial contact lenses. My second visit was also very satisfactory, with Dr. Billings checking the fit and comfort of the new trial contact lenses and the front desk staff ensuring my new eye glasses fit correctly and worked for my vision. The only knock I have against this location is they are not always available to contact via telephone. I tried them later in the afternoon a couple times, and each time my call was sent to voicemail. A minor complaint, but loses one star from my review.
