The promos were good, the pricing competitive, and the service was outstanding. Peyton and Andrew were unbelievable in smoothing out the process, and really we went above and beyond in making the transition pain free Shout out to everyone at the store who made a tough situation that much easier. I have Verizon filter installed at highest setting and it worked until a month ago. It is part of a bundled package of new phone, phone service and internet. I talked to numerous reps who told me that, essentially, the spoofers are smarter than Verizon, change my phone number of 30 years, handle it with the government through do not call list. FINALLY, I got a tech rep who told me I had had the free app, and I needed to purchase the upgraded app. it is $4.00 month more, so I got it. SUPRISE!!! without have to install the app or adjust settings, the old app will now have the new app features. This sounds like nothing more than a fraudulent price increase to me. if they charge a million customers $4.00 more per month, they make $48 million more a year in profit. i feel if I purchased a plan for 3 years, I should get the services for the agreed upon price for 3 years. if I want to cancel, they want $486 to cancel.

I went there to get help for a recent account transfer and the guy was rude and said - I don't anything about accounts and I don't manage it.
