I was in and out within 30 minutes, with clear expectations of when to expect my glasses I was also able to call back in the office to have a team member help update an invoice for me so I could submit to my FSA - this was done over the phone, and she immediately offered solutions instead of excuses.

The office staff were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to see! The technology they've invested in is fantastic. The Dr. was excellent! She listened, gave great advise (saving me from future trauma even), and then went above and beyond to order me trial contact lenses- What I absolutely loved was not only that the service and care was wonderful, but I got those trials in exactly a week and all I needed to do was swing by and pick them up. I'm very happy I moved to see Dr. Iddin and her team. You will be too!!

Located by the Palladium in Carmel, this place is in a nice brick building that has a private parking lot out front. I walked in, had to fill out paperwork and then was called back for my appointment. They did all of the normal tests and the girl who was getting basic info from me before the doctor came in was incredibly friendly and easygoing. The doctor was very personable and helpful as well, and even showed me the photos of my eyes and described every little part of them and what to look for. He also went beyond prescribing a prescription and gave me intelligent information on new 'anti fatigue' glasses that are supposed to help the eye strain most people are now experiencing after looking at computers all day and let me know my Lasik options. Tip: He said that Indy has one of the best Lasik surgeons in the entire country, so be sure to go to him if you get it done and not some place that is cheap (he said each eye should be about $2000 and if it's less than that, you should be concerned). Good to know! The icing on the cake was the woman who checked me out and ran through my insurance afterwards. Not only was she able to tell me exactly what my insurance covers in terms of contacts/glasses, but she also had my year-long contact order in stock and brought them out to me in a cute bag. So happy I don't have to make a trip back! Also, with the $200 rebate they came with, I'll be getting contacts for the cheapest I've ever gotten them which is awesome.

Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable, and there were a lot of tests conducted and I never felt like they were trying to push me to buy anything extra or get something I didn't need. They gave me a free sample of eye drops and also in the eye exam found an issue with my eye that I've never even been aware of and recommended how to treat it so I'm really happy. The doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like he was rushing through anything. I highly recommend!

I will never forget the way they made me feel…read more Honestly was not going to spread negativity, but I was recalling this story to a friend and just can not believe how they handled the situation. I bought an almost $400 pair of Gucci sunglasses for my birthday. Two weeks later, they suffered a small drop as my husband knocked them out of my hand. When I picked them up, the entire outside frame was cracked. I've had tons of sunglasses and never ever experienced this. And I appreciate my stuff so much and take such good care of it that it broke my heart. I called Gucci with no luck. Called sunglass hut customer service with no luck. Went in to this location and explained the story, just in awe of how they could've broken so easily. The woman manager showed no sympathy and told me it was my fault and I should've purchased the protection program. Walked out with my same broken sunglasses and felt terrible. This story does have a happy ending though. After a couple weeks, I decided to reach out to the Hamilton town center store and the manager there was amazing. She told me the sunglasses should not have done that and sounded defective and replaced them. Listen, I get that it was technically my fault. But I now have had the new ones for a while, and they have never been sensitive or broken that easily. I'm really thankful that it worked out, but appalled at their customer service. Especially on $400 sunglasses. Will never ever visit that location again.

They have Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Company, Nordstrom and they have a very nice Nike store. It's a very small mall, but it is worth a while and you get the things you need. I really like the customer service as well and plus they have a nice landmark movie theater inside and a lot of restaurants. Just FYI, the Saks Fifth Avenue store is closed but they have enough stores there if you want some nice designer stuff . They also have the cheesecake factory there, and other good eateries that you can choose from in a very nice food court as well.

I've been loyal to the Asics Gel Nimbus for a few years, until the brand changed the style of the shoe into more of a Hoka. So, it was time to go back to Athletic Annex and find something new. Depending on the day of the week and time of day, you may be helped immediately or need to wait a bit. I was greeted by an employee who had me step on the foot analysis machine and walk on the treadmill to analyze my gait. They had just received new AI technology. She went over the results and pulled a number of shoes for me to try. Athletic Annex sells all the top brands -- Hoka, Brooks, On Clouds, Asics, New Balance, etc. I think it's well worth it to come to a running store like this (even if you're not a runner, like me) to see what is going to be best for you and your feet. My only comment is I was hoping for the sales associate to be more knowledgeable about the shoes and guide me through the process a bit more. For example: what made her select those shoes for me to try, what are the differences, what should I notice when walking in them around the store, etc. Personal preference on what I'm looking for in my shoe buying experience!

If you get on their email list, they will send you information on special sales and events. They do not overburden you with emails. Parking is a bear in front of the store in Clay Terrace. Parking in the back is a little easier.
