In love with my new frame.

Lisa is the greatest and sweetest girl in your office at Keystone, Indy, IN. I usually have so much trouble getting my glasses adjusted to be at the perfect point that it's frustrating. (Am very difficult and picky) I order my new frame and she was caring and genuinely care about my concerns. My last frame was purchase from your store but I had to make a dozen trips for the adjustments. Lisa hit all the adjustments in one visit. I wish i would get service like that everywhere else, it was refreshing. Thank you again Lisa.

Absolutely love these new funky frames!

Had been wanting some new frames for a while and was drawn in by the exciting and eclectic display at See while walking through the Fashion Mall...and super thankful that I did! I loved all of the affordable and colorful variety of frames in the store. I was greeted right away but not pressured as I took my time checking out the wares and trying on a bajillion pairs. Once I was ready to get more serious in my search, Raquel jumped in to help me. Raquel was incredible! She was super attentive, honest and informed as to the different styles, deals and offerings at See. She made my experience fun, low-stress and successful with me ending up picking two new different frames. Thanks to See and Raquel I am now happily rocking my new glasses! I will definitely be back!

    These glasses though...🔥🔥

The next step today has finally arrived, surgery to remove the cataract from my friend's left eye…read more It's now 1:00 p.m. The building is located downtown at 1901 N. Meridian Street with parking as you enter or in the lot behind the building with signs directing you to the Eye Specialist parking lot. There are three entrances to the building, with one facing the front next to Meridian Street, the back entrance close to the parking lot, and one reserved only for unloading the transportation vans on the side of the building. If your support/family drives, I suggest parking in the back parking lot because it is free and convenient, and the back entrance usually has a person standing by the back door to provide guidance. They were super nice!! Just pull directly off Meridian Street entrance and go straight back to the parking lot. I personally felt the waiting area was extremely narrow and congested with approximately 10 chairs lining the walls. I guess you don't need to stay after your loved one is taken to surgery since it takes at least 2 hours plus to complete the process before you're allowed to see them. We were told the procedure would take an hour or an hour and a half, but it was much longer at 3 hours. Many people in the waiting area were complaining about the length of time the surgeries were taking. Everyone was getting tired of the long day, being hungry, and then many were concerned with missing work and their employers' reactions. Since the patients aren't allowed to eat anything until the surgery is complete, it makes for many famished patients. However, it is more of a nice bonus for those waiting on the patients. The cafe had several types of cold beverages, hot coffee with flavored coffeemate, hot chocolate chip cookies, and bags of different types of chips. It helped knock the edge off until the patient was released. Bring a jacket with you if you're cold natured. The air is on, and it's notably chilly like all surgery centers. I was fine but my friend and several others were cold. Every surgery center deals with the chilly issue. Darn, those germs!! The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive with the patients. The ladies at the two desks in the waiting area were taking many additional questions while trying to perform their daily jobs. I rate the transportation services 10 out of 10. Patients who have scheduled evaluation services and cataract surgery can use their transportation services. There is no need to ask a family member or friend to miss work all day. You can be picked up at home, hotel, or work, and brought to the Keystone office for elevation, then picked up again, taken for surgery downtown, and then driven home afterward. You do not need to call each time you need tranported as the office staff calls immediately after your appointment. However, you need to make the initial call. This must be scheduled prior to your appointment. Well planned work schedules help the drivers seem to run seamlessly with spotless interiors and exterior of their well-marked company vans, their extremely organized, safe drivers, and attentive to each patient. Each patient can transport one friend or family member with them in the van. The 2 transportation drivers I met today were delightful. Polite, professional, sympathetic, and so personable. Each one was totally phenomenal. Where do they find these employees? Again, 10 out of 10. They handle their examinations scheduling with their various offices throughout the Indy area differently than my othomotogologist office and surgery center, but it seems to work for them. Rock on!

I am so baffled by the negative reviews, this is not where we went. In 2017 my husband had cataract surgery on both eyes with vision correction as an add-on. It was an extremely gentle, caring, relaxed, professional atmosphere throughout the process. The decor is beautiful with works of art and flowers everywhere. As the person who would transport him while he wasn't allowed to drive, I was treated "royally", the lounges are lovely, pleasant, comfortable, accommodating for setting for a few hours. He has never had one problem from beginning to present. They work quickly and efficiently and do move a great number of patients through quickly but you never feel rushed nor like you're just a number. I was thrilled to go here a few months ago for my cataract surgeries and vision correction. Ditto to everything I said above. The service is very efficient and quick, there is no waiting around to move through the process of exams to surgery. I felt I got good counsel and advice about which vision correction to choose as an add-on. When I got to the surgery reception area desk, maybe the most anxious point in the visit, I was met by the most vibrant, enthusiastic, caring person I have ever encountered in medical care. It was such a relaxing welcome to the anxiety of you-are-going-to-have-eye-surgery-in-a-few-minutes. Surgery prep was considerate, gentle, efficient and thorough. The only sour note is that some people insert an iv needle better than others everywhere you go--I'm a good judge of an expert, professional phlebotomist.

The prescription was not the same as my sample lenses. Because the lenses were purchased at Costco and one used before, I realized what was wrong, I was stuck with $200 of contacts I could not wear. They asked me if I would like a re-exam and I refused, what good is it going to a Dr. who already screwed up. Temple was kind and understanding but limited on what she could do. I received a questionnaire from the corporate office and filled it out with the facts (as above) It stated they would like to talk further and asked if it was ok to call. Of course. That call got action. Temple, who had already been so caring called and explained who the new Dr. was. What he would do before selling contacts and they offered a free eye exam. I agreed, with some hesitation and embarrassment. It was not necessary as they were welcoming, and the new eye Dr. spent about 45 minutes making sure the new contacts would fit. He even recognized I did not want daily wear contacts and gave me a test pair that were really comfortable. As fate would have it my husband hit my hand when I was placing a contact in my eye, and we have never found it. Upon calling, Temple, I was given a new pair and explained I didn't feel I was reading menus as well as I could. They included another contact to try, after talking with the Doctor. Contacts are now comfortable, and I am able to read a menu. I am going back again. Great difference with a doctor who knows what he is doing from one who does not.

I am in my seventies and an have worn glasses since 4th grade and gone through numeral eye exams, I must say this time was the best. Although the exams was very good, the service was very poor. It took several days after that for me get my summary. I was told my glasses would be in in 2 weeks, but they were not. After 3 weeks I called inquiring about the glasses. I was put on hold and waited for some time. The person came back to the phone and asked me for some personal information, and I was put on hold again. That person came back and let me know that my glasses were in and told me the they had not been displayed yet. I asked her how long that had been at the shop she implied, for some time. I wasn't even a patient of theirs, and they adjusted my glasses for free (and with a smile). So I told myself that when I needed an eye checkup and to buy some new specs, I'd go here. Cut to months later. I visited to get an annual eye exam and look for glasses. The optometrist I saw, Dr. Fiechter, was SO professional and nice, and took the time to explain the intricacies of my eye health to me -- no eye doctor had ever done that before. She even showed me images of the back of my eye, and explained what we were looking at. She wasn't just going through the motions. I wasn't planning on getting my eyeglasses here, but this place has so many different brands and styles of glasses that I ended up finding the perfect pair here. My glasses were ready a whole week earlier than scheduled, which was just perfect. I can't recommend Progressive Eyecare and Eyewear enough!

You cannot help but look. It is on the front of the building and wraps around both sides. It was painted in 2016 and is the work of Justin Oloson of Olson Studios. The right side of the mural depicts a close up of a bright blue-eyed person with glasses on set against a colorful wavy background. The front has the building's address hidden into an eye chart and a brown eyed man with glasses on and the colorful waves behind the eye chart and to the mans right. The left side of the building has a blonde-haired, blue-eyed woman, yep, you guessed it, with eye glasses, looking at the colorful waves that are in front of her. I like the colors used in the mural. The colorful waves contrast very well with the background. And even though it is somewhat basic, the artwork is on point, Olson is very talented. The mural is in excellent shape and looks pretty fresh. Parking here to get a closer look is pretty simple. You can pull into the clinic's parking lot or snag a free spot on the street, get out and look as long as your heart desires. I just parked on the street in front of the clinic. Anyway, as with most murals that I have visited and reviewed, this is not a long stop. I was there less than 5 minutes. So, you may want to consider planning out additional stops at many of the other attractions in the area, or making this stop part of a larger itinerary to maximize your time and trip.
