I tried Revolution Eyes in FISHERS because I wasn't fully satisifed seeing Dr. Gosch at IU Health Opthamalogy (SHE was fine, but the office, scheduling, picking up contacts- was just a hassle)... Anyways, I was able to get into seeing Dr. Amy Iddins within a few days. The scheduling was incredibly easy and direct. All of this was very important to me- I've had emergency eye surgery for a rare glaucoma and I don't take lightly who I see for my eyes! The office staff were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to see! The technology they've invested in is fantastic. The Dr. was excellent! She listened, gave great advise (saving me from future trauma even), and then went above and beyond to order me trial contact lenses- What I absolutely loved was not only that the service and care was wonderful, but I got those trials in exactly a week and all I needed to do was swing by and pick them up. I'm very happy I moved to see Dr. Iddin and her team. You will be too!! read more

I love RevolutionEYES. I've received all my care from here in the past, but this time I simply brought my prescription in to pick out the frames I liked. RevoluntionEyes has all the high end/designer frames that are hard to find elsewhere, and still work with tons of different insurance providers. The store is clean, modern, and the staff is friendly. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted with great customer service, and the fast, knowledgeable assistance. I was in and out within 30 minutes, with clear expectations of when to expect my glasses I was also able to call back in the office to have a team member help update an invoice for me so I could submit to my FSA - this was done over the phone, and she immediately offered solutions instead of excuses. read more

This is a beautiful building with gorgeous eyewear. The problem is with some of their staff members. They treat you like riff-raff off the street if you aren't dressed a certain way and ready to drop big bucks. It's really unfortunate. A friend recommended I come here and I was excited for my first appointment. My eye doctor was great informative. The exam was very reasonable and they accepted my insurance. The issue came when I went to check out glasses. I knew they were higher end, but they were unfortunately out of my price range. That's completely fine, but the lady helping me acted very annoyed and judge mental. She gave me this look like I wasn't worth her time if I didn't have that much money to spend on glasses. I'll be finding another eye doctor in the future. read more

I have had a problem for years where I cannot read "normal" sized font on a computer screen without getting uncomfortable eye strain. I have had 2 or 3 different optometrists fail to address this issue. Dr. Ciano just said "we will get you taken care of" and ordered me a special pair of glasses that I use (with blue light filter!) when working with a screen at close distance. Oh my goodness I can actually work again without having eye strain! I don't know how I survived so long without these glasses. Also, they had a great selection of frames (and I'm particularly picky). I'll be coming back for the indefinite future. Thanks Dr. Ciano! read more

My daughter was 2 minutes late for the appointment and they turned her away. I don't understand how someone can run a business this way.

Another great experience at Revolution Eyes. My eye checkup was great, and I found out that I'm sliding into middle age vision, so I got what they call training wheels for progressive lenses, with just a minor bump up in power in the lower region. I was worried that my eyes would take a bit to adjust, but the glasses felt great as soon I put them on. The effect is really subtle, but it does make a huge difference and alleviates eye strain as you are trying to read something up close. Like those darn voltage marks on the back of your iPhone charger! So I highly recommend Revolution Eyes. Every set of lenses I have gotten from them is spot on, and if there was anything wrong they went out of their way to make it right. I've even got prescription snorkeling goggles from them and they are perfect! They are in the process of becoming a completely boutique eyewear company, so if you want a special and unusual frame this is the place to go. read more

I have been a patient for years and was always welcomed by friendly staff. Today I was treated unprofessionally, in my opinion, and was turned away from my appointment due to a traffic delay. I was parking my car when they called me to cancel my appointment. It was 5 min after my scheduled time. I'll be looking for a new optometrist. read more

I've been going to revolution eyes for years. They are always consistent with their customer service. I think the longest I have waited to be seen is 5 minutes. The staff is gracious helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Plus I love the technology that Dr. Ciao utilizes for eye health. This year I was given a new set of multifocal contacts to try. Live them! I'm not having to use cheaters anymore! read more

5 star service for this place. My first ever eye exam after coming over from the UK and I have to say I didn't know what to expect but this company offered a friendly welcome with great staff.. They take a very detailed 3D picture of your eye to determine if the eye is healthy and everything is state-of-the-art technology. You're in and out in no time at all. Very satisfied with my experience! read more

It's nice to be able to see, you know? Doctor Schuetz is super kind, friendly, and professional. She becomes your friend and is always ready to fix any problems you might have. Tip: They will price match contact prices with any you find online (1-800-contacts for example!). They can also provide you with a rebate. The place also has some of the best eyeglasses frames I've seen (I went to LensCrafters and browsed Warby Parker). They are much more expensive, however. read more

I have been a patient here for a few years and I have had an amazing experience. The doctors are all very personable, professional and educated. The appointments are efficient and quick yet you have time to ask any questions and voice concerns. The equipment is updated and was all really clean! I will be a loyal patient here for the years to come. read more

Great sale on sunglasses right now! Best selection of frames in the state. Very thorough eye exam. My husband picked out two pairs and he's very picky. We easily found parking right in front. Thank you Pauline and Debbie for helping us pick out the perfect frames!! read more

I have been going to RevolutionEYES for the past several years. Dr. Ciano is very prompt, pleasant, communicates well, takes the time to explain what is going on with my eyes and ALWAYs ask if I have any questions for him. I highly recommend RevolutionEYES read more

I absolutely love this place! I moved to Indy two years ago and have been very anxious/lazy about finding a new eye doctor. They were pleasant, the tests quick and easy, and I found myself laughing through the whole process. I asked for blunt help picking out my new glasses (I'm completely hopeless) and ended up finding THREE!!! I didn't buy them all because... money, but hey, I know what I'm doing in a few months and they're going to keep my style choices on file for me. I HIGHLY recommend going to see Dr. Schuetz who promised to try to be my eye doctor forever... and I mean FOREVER read more

LOVE Dr. Schuetz. She is definitely the only doctor I look forward to seeing every year. She is so friendly and knowledgable and I always leave so happy. I recommend her to everyone and even if I move, I think I would still want to come back to see her each year. She's the best. read more

Easy appt. Treated professionally. But $700 for a pair of glasses, that's a crime. I bought them cause I felt bad walking out but ummmmm $700 for one pair of glasses is moronic. Get ur eye exam here but don't buy glasses unless u have disposable income or you're feeling moronic that day like me. read more

The entire experience from entering the office to being greeted by the staff was great. My exam was very thorough and fairly priced. Dr. Ciano explained everything and was easily understood. The glass selection was superb and technicians were fabulous. read more

This is a great place. The staff is friendly and Dr. Ciano is great and gives a very thorough exam and gives great advice on the various products. I have never had to wait and when I call to order contacts, the staff are always very nice. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Ciano's for over 10 years, since before he operated RevolutionEyes. Obviously I like the guy, which is why this isn't a 1-star. My eyesight is pretty consistent and I don't make a lot of money, so I only go once every other year. He always says I can get contacts from him, and I always have. I am sure there are cheaper alternatives, but I am loyal out of appreciation. Apparently they don't do that anymore, you must have an appointment. Shame. It feels like a $200 tax on an already steep bill. read more

I had a really great experience at RevolutionEYES that I wanted to share. Debbie was wonderfully nice and helpful throughout the process of finding new frames. She worked with me for quite some time to find a pair that really fit my face well, gave me great descriptions of all the options and price points for my lenses, and made sure the adjustment was perfect before I left the store when they arrived a week ahead of schedule. I got my prescriptions elsewhere so I can't personally speak to Dr. Ciano's care, although I was introduced to him and he was very friendly. It is always tough for me to purchase new frames because I am indecisive about these choices, but Debbie's help made it easy. I will definitely return to RevolutionEYES when it's time for a new pair. Highly recommended! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Ciano since 2011 and I've always had a positive experience. Scheduling appointments is so easy, they have great hours (evenings and weekends), and I'm always in and out quickly. The staff is great as well and always very helpful and kind. read more

From entering the office,to exam, to checkout was a great experience

What a fantastic new patient experience! Thanks to Dr. Eastes for being so thorough and informative. Dr. Eastes took the time during my exam to ask ME lots of questions and to make sure I was comfortable with MY new prescription. The most excellent staff, so welcoming and perceptive. In the past, I've sadly gone to some places that don't give your eyes the attention they need and it is a exhilarating feeling when someone takes your eye health seriously. I am thankful for a vision team with such compassion and expertise. read more

I'm giving them 5 stars because I can't think of anything they could improve on! My first year as their client I saw Dr. Ciano, who is great, but the last few years it has been Dr. Schuetz, who I'm even more comfortable with. She is warm, friendly, great at explaining things, answering questions, and helping to find a great fit for contact lenses (that's the focus since I'm a contacts wearer). The office has high-tech equipment that quickly determines your prescription and checks the health of your eyes, and then the doctor basically double checks it. I was in and out in 40 minutes on my last visit. And there were even cookies at the reception. Highly recommended. read more

Dr. Ciano and his staff are fantastic! Super helpful, very personable, and they get me in and out in the most efficient way possible every time! Also- they have fresh baked cookies at the counter :). read more

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ciano and his staff! Top notch all the way around. Friendly, caring, etc... I am very busy and almost NEVER take the time to write a review, but after my visit to Revolution Eyes in Carmel Indiana, I knew I HAD TO. Why??? Because customer service is a thing of the past, because quality and a pleasant shopping experience has all but disappeared from our commerce industry. I live in Pennsylvania and was out visiting my dauhter in Indiana. I always like to take her along when I purchase glasses, because she is way more stylish than myself, and quite frankly I cant see a thing when my glasses are off. Debbie Lowry helped us and she was more than a delight and more helpful than any other eye glass technician I have ever had in the past. (I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years.) Greeted with a lovely glass of cabernet, Debbie then took us from frame style to frame style, designer to design. Gave us her feed back as well, but was never at anytime pushy or impatient. We truly felt like we were spending time with a good friend. May I sum up this review by saying, my daughter and I had gone for a mani/pedi spa day together before heading to Revolution Eyes and both of us truly agreed that we had a more fun and relaxing experience purchasing eye wear, than our day at the spa! Sad, but true, because all a customer is looking for is attentive service and a pleasant experience and I promise, you get all that and so much more at Revolution Eyes. read more

I have been a customer for 3 years. Having worn glasses for over 40 years, Dr Ciano and his staff represent the best in customer service. I feel that he provides the latest eye health knowledge, an amazing selection of frames including Indiana exclusives, and a complete respect and honoring of their customers. After some success with far vision only lenses for tennis and biking, he recommended a single vision SYNC lenses. For sports like tennis and biking, my daily progressives did not provide enough protection, sun protection, and good vision. On the tennis court, I would lose the ball coming to the net. On bike rides, they did not have the wrap for wind and transition optics for sun shading. Jeremy recommended going to a far vision only prescription for tennis and biking. That worked better than the progressives for tennis. However, reading the bike computer and books at the pool was a weakness. With the SYNC lenses and Transitions optics in Kaenon frames,I can track the ball well coming to the net, clearly see my service toss, and read the match line-up. In addition, I can read my car gauges, mobile phone, and a book at the beach. I have worn these all day on a couple occasions with some fatigue. I have been happily using this setup for over a year. After my recent annual, I was considering some of the their handcrafted wood frames. The coloring and texture were appealing. Debbie provided thoughtful and encouraging styling advice that resulted in a pair of Tom Ford frames. I would not have recognized the subtle styling of the frame coloring that highlighted me eye color. In addition, the frames accentuated my face better. And the frames were 1/2 the price of the wooden frames. All of my interactions with the staff at Revolution, and recently at their sister company Little Eyes with my elementary school daughters, has been exemplary. read more

The minute you walk in the door you are are greeted by friendly, smiling individuals who attend to your needs with speed and precision. The eye exam is extremely thorough and pleasantly relaxing. I had Dr. Ciano as my doctor and he exudes professionalism as do all of the staff. Dr. Ciano took the time to understand my vision needs (I work at computers 12 to 16 hours a day) and suggested the proper type of lenses for my needs. The store is so comfortable and pleasing to the eyes. The selection of frames is incredible and they offer something in every price range and style including several frames from top fashion designers. I can't say enough about RevolutionEyes and it staff. I'll be seeing them every year from now on! read more

Dr. Jeremy Ciano has been my optometrist for over 10 years. Not only is he a great doctor but also a great person.
