I've been going to revolution eyes for years. They are always consistent with their customer service. I think the longest I have waited to be seen is 5 minutes. The staff is gracious helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Plus I love the technology that Dr. Ciao utilizes for eye health. This year I was given a new set of multifocal contacts to try. They take a very detailed 3D picture of your eye to determine if the eye is healthy and everything is state-of-the-art technology. You're in and out in no time at all. It's nice to be able to see, you know? Doctor Schuetz is super kind, friendly, and professional. She becomes your friend and is always ready to fix any problems you might have. Tip: They will price match contact prices with any you find online (1-800-contacts for example!). They can also provide you with a rebate. The place also has some of the best eyeglasses frames I've seen (I went to LensCrafters and browsed Warby Parker). They are much more expensive, however. read more

I absolutely love this place! I moved to Indy two years ago and have been very anxious/lazy about finding a new eye doctor. They were pleasant, the tests quick and easy, and I found myself laughing through the whole process. I asked for blunt help picking out my new glasses (I'm completely hopeless) and ended up finding THREE!!! I didn't buy them all because... money, but hey, I know what I'm doing in a few months and they're going to keep my style choices on file for me. Easy appt. Treated professionally. But $700 for a pair of glasses, that's a crime. I bought them cause I felt bad walking out but ummmmm $700 for one pair of glasses is moronic. I've been a patient of Dr. Ciano's for over 10 years, since before he operated RevolutionEyes. Obviously I like the guy, which is why this isn't a 1-star. My eyesight is pretty consistent and I don't make a lot of money, so I only go once every other year. He always says I can get contacts from him, and I always have. I am sure there are cheaper alternatives, but I am loyal out of appreciation. Apparently they don't do that anymore, you must have an appointment. Shame. It feels like a $200 tax on an already steep bill. read more

I had a really great experience at RevolutionEYES that I wanted to share. Debbie was wonderfully nice and helpful throughout the process of finding new frames. She worked with me for quite some time to find a pair that really fit my face well, gave me great descriptions of all the options and price points for my lenses, and made sure the adjustment was perfect before I left the store when they arrived a week ahead of schedule. I got my prescriptions elsewhere so I can't personally speak to Dr. Ciano's care, although I was introduced to him and he was very friendly. It is always tough for me to purchase new frames because I am indecisive about these choices, but Debbie's help made it easy. I will definitely return to RevolutionEYES when it's time for a new pair. I'm giving them 5 stars because I can't think of anything they could improve on! My first year as their client I saw Dr. Ciano, who is great, but the last few years it has been Dr. Schuetz, who I'm even more comfortable with. She is warm, friendly, great at explaining things, answering questions, and helping to find a great fit for contact lenses (that's the focus since I'm a contacts wearer). The office has high-tech equipment that quickly determines your prescription and checks the health of your eyes, and then the doctor basically double checks it. I was in and out in 40 minutes on my last visit. And there were even cookies at the reception. Highly recommended. read more

I am very busy and almost NEVER take the time to write a review, but after my visit to Revolution Eyes in Carmel Indiana, I knew I HAD TO. Why??? Because customer service is a thing of the past, because quality and a pleasant shopping experience has all but disappeared from our commerce industry. I live in Pennsylvania and was out visiting my dauhter in Indiana. I always like to take her along when I purchase glasses, because she is way more stylish than myself, and quite frankly I cant see a thing when my glasses are off. Debbie Lowry helped us and she was more than a delight and more helpful than any other eye glass technician I have ever had in the past. (I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years.) Greeted with a lovely glass of cabernet, Debbie then took us from frame style to frame style, designer to design. Gave us her feed back as well, but was never at anytime pushy or impatient. We truly felt like we were spending time with a good friend. May I sum up this review by saying, my daughter and I had gone for a mani/pedi spa day together before heading to Revolution Eyes and both of us truly agreed that we had a more fun and relaxing experience purchasing eye wear, than our day at the spa! I have been a customer for 3 years. Having worn glasses for over 40 years, Dr Ciano and his staff represent the best in customer service. I feel that he provides the latest eye health knowledge, an amazing selection of frames including Indiana exclusives, and a complete respect and honoring of their customers. After some success with far vision only lenses for tennis and biking, he recommended a single vision SYNC lenses. For sports like tennis and biking, my daily progressives did not provide enough protection, sun protection, and good vision. On the tennis court, I would lose the ball coming to the net. On bike rides, they did not have the wrap for wind and transition optics for sun shading. Jeremy recommended going to a far vision only prescription for tennis and biking. That worked better than the progressives for tennis. However, reading the bike computer and books at the pool was a weakness. With the SYNC lenses and Transitions optics in Kaenon frames,I can track the ball well coming to the net, clearly see my service toss, and read the match line-up. In addition, I can read my car gauges, mobile phone, and a book at the beach. I have worn these all day on a couple occasions with some fatigue. I have been happily using this setup for over a year. After my recent annual, I was considering some of the their handcrafted wood frames. The coloring and texture were appealing. Debbie provided thoughtful and encouraging styling advice that resulted in a pair of Tom Ford frames. I would not have recognized the subtle styling of the frame coloring that highlighted me eye color. In addition, the frames accentuated my face better. And the frames were 1/2 the price of the wooden frames. All of my interactions with the staff at Revolution, and recently at their sister company Little Eyes with my elementary school daughters, has been exemplary. read more

Dr. Jeremy Ciano has been my optometrist for over 10 years. Not only is he a great doctor but also a great person. I was in a couple of days ago and the glass wear in this space was absolutely magnificent. I was a walk in, but the gentlemen who helped me didn't make me a stranger at all, he greeted me and was such an amazing help. If I had to rate only his service and the product this place would actually receive all 5 stars, but unfortunately I had another experience with one of the other employees in the store. As the gentlemen that helped me went to help another client, he directed me to play with a few of the different fits he had suggested until he returned and of course I did just that. Unfortunately as I was trying on the different glasses there was a woman who had come out of the office that is located behind the main desk who while walking past me literally looked at me, scowled and kept walking down the hall. I thought nothing of it until she was returning to the office and did the exact same thing. I know everyone has a bad day here and there but I thought this was a very inappropriate way to treat a potential client. I can't say that I will be back. read more
