RevoluntionEyes has all the high end/designer frames that are hard to find elsewhere, and still work with tons of different insurance providers. The store is clean, modern, and the staff is friendly. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted with great customer service, and the fast, knowledgeable assistance. I was in and out within 30 minutes, with clear expectations of when to expect my glasses I was also able to call back in the office to have a team member help update an invoice for me so I could submit to my FSA - this was done over the phone, and she immediately offered solutions instead of excuses.

All of this was very important to me- I've had emergency eye surgery for a rare glaucoma and I don't take lightly who I see for my eyes! The office staff were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to see! The technology they've invested in is fantastic. The Dr. was excellent! She listened, gave great advise (saving me from future trauma even), and then went above and beyond to order me trial contact lenses- What I absolutely loved was not only that the service and care was wonderful, but I got those trials in exactly a week and all I needed to do was swing by and pick them up. I'm very happy I moved to see Dr. Iddin and her team. You will be too!!

I looked and tried on frames at several places in the Carmel and Indianapolis area, but I kept coming back to a pair that I found at Eyes on Main. Kim and Tony were super helpful, warm, and welcoming through the entire process. EOM has a variety of frames to choose from, some are pretty eclectic/ eccentric, but they also have more conventional / standard frames which is what I went with. I will definitely shop here again when I'm ready for new frames (I just won't wait so long next time )

I have been going here for years. The staff is made up of people who make me feel like part of the…read morefamily. While getting excellent eye care and answers, they don't mind lots of talking or even if something said does not come out just right, they are good with people just being people. This creates an environment that is hard to find these days, leaving you feeling amazing afterward and inspired to keep it going in your next environment. I don't know how their prices compare but I do know using my glasses and contacts reminds me of really great people that I am grateful to interact with. Also Dr. Avila, who advises me, has always given great advice and has been one of the best doctors I have ever worked with.

I went to pick up my new lenses for my glasses today after waiting over two weeks for the new lenses to be done. Erica told me the lenses did not fit my glasses and they had to be retraced in order for a new set of lenses to be ordered, which is going to take another two weeks!! Why was this not done correctly the first time??!!! Last year, I had to get a new set of glasses and lenses and the lab scratched my lenses and I had to wait about three and a half weeks to get the glasses!! When I did finally get the glasses, the lenses were scratched up!! I had to get the lenses fixed again!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! The only reason I am still coming here is because of Dr. Megan Avilia, the optometrist. She is delightful and a pure joy to be around. Unfortunately, it looks like I am going to have to find another optometrist. I am not going to put up with this anymore. The location needs to find new professional staff to work in the lab who know what they are doing. I would not recommend this particular location for your vision care.
