I went to pick up my new lenses for my glasses today after waiting over two weeks for the new lenses to be done. Erica told me the lenses did not fit my glasses and they had to be retraced in order for a new set of lenses to be ordered, which is going to take another two weeks!! Why was this not done correctly the first time??!!! Last year, I had to get a new set of glasses and lenses and the lab scratched my lenses and I had to wait about three and a half weeks to get the glasses!! When I did finally get the glasses, the lenses were scratched up!! I had to get the lenses fixed again!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! The only reason I am still coming here is because of Dr. Megan Avilia, the optometrist. She is delightful and a pure joy to be around. Unfortunately, it looks like I am going to have to find another optometrist. I am not going to put up with this anymore. The location needs to find new professional staff to work in the lab who know what they are doing. I would not recommend this particular location for your vision care. You will not get your glasses done correctly the first time around!! Find another place!

He bought 2 pairs of glasses but one pair didn't seem the same. He tried to tell them something was not right but they said both were exactly the same. Fast forward He went to a new optometrist this year and took both pairs to have just the lenses updated; he was told the prescription were not the same. The eye exam performed by the new optometrist was more detailed and they actually did an in depth exam on his bifocals. He said myeyedr was not that thorough. Now that he can compare he says his new lenses and contacts are so much better than when he got new glasses and contacts from myeyedr. Myeyedr is also more expensive and they just weren't very attentive to my husband.

The charge was if they see you, not just for the phone consult, and he apologized for the incorrect information. I was so impressed with the speed in which he responded and got me in immediately, as well as a follow up appointment for two days from now. So glad they followed up with great care after the mix up, I wanted to update my review for the positive. I got poked in the eye by my son and tried to call the on call doctor. They informed me that it would be $169 just to be connected to the on call doctor. I find this to be absolutely absurd that for an eye emergency I can't even talk to someone. What absolutely terrible customer service, I have never once had to pay in order to talk to someone for an eye emergency. Shocking, beware if you're thinking of becoming a patient there, hope you never need someone after hours.

I don't know how their prices compare but I do know using my glasses and contacts reminds me of really great people that I am grateful to interact with. Rude handling of our issue. This location is the most unorganized and unprofessional. My eyeglasses were ordered incorrectly, they reordered them and I never received a call back that they were in. I couldn't read a thing once I put them on. So I asked to speak to Doctor Avilla and she said he doesn't speak to customers. That is very poor customer service when you have a question on your eyes you need to speak to the Doctor who did the exam. She then says to make another appointment. That was the wrong answer. They have totally lost a great long term customer along with 5 other people that I have talked to about this situation. All I asked for was to speak to the Doctor which isn't allowed per that location. Again very poor customer service.
