They were helpful in setting up a referral to an eye surgery place to zap out my cataracts, then even more helpful when that place didn't contact me whatsoever but scheduled me for an appointment and told the eye doctor's office they had called, spoken to me and left a voicemail (They did both things? Really? Interesting, considering I received no voicemail and never spoke to them on the phone once. That review will be forthcoming and will very likely have a far different tone and tenor than this one). They went above and beyond to help me pick up the mess that the eye surgeon's office left me in less than a week before the surgery, so I was extremely appreciative of that. A little pricey, even for Fishers. Hard to get a prompt appointment. I called up and told them my vision was blurry and I had headaches by the end of the day every single day. See you in two weeks. The lady at the checkout was very inpatient and was trying to sell me a no brand frame and HI index polycarbonate lens for $320. ( the frame was $95 and the lens was $250. It couldn't have been $320 with my insurance) My insurance provided me with $130 allowance for frame and a good discount on other things. I ended up buying my glasses from TARGET OPTICAL. I bought a rayban frame with rayban polycarbonate lenses for $191. I am giving this a place a 2 stars because the eye exam went fine. I reached there on time and did not have to wait. This place is located in a plaza and you won't have problem with parking.

He didn't even ask for my insurance info or charge for the quick visit. I've been seeing Dr. Hemingway for at least 5 years now and he is just so wonderful. Our home location could not overnight contacts, so I googled Treehouse Eyes in Indiana and found VisionQuest. They were so kind and did everything they could to accommodate getting contacts for my son. I believe Jennifer is who I was communicating with while navigating the process.
