However, she was calling to let me know they couldn't do the glasses apparently something to do with the frames. I said no problem I'll be in for a refund. This evening I came to pick up my glasses that I dropped off for them to change into prescription glasses and to get a refund. They were very helpful and giving me my refund. The problem started when they couldn't return my glasses. Apparently the company that creates the prescription sent back the wrong lenses , therefore now I'm stuck with paying for a pair of glasses that I can't return because they sent the wrong lenses back? The young lady seem very helpful, but didn't seem very knowledgeable on what she couldn't could not do very disappointed after spending $750 for two pairs of glasses It's really not the money it's the lack of returning the glasses. I had given them to change into prescription I do not recommend this location I suggest you go to somebody that has more experience and is qualified in this field.

I'm very happy with my choice to visit Legacy Vision. Dr. Kirkland was very nice and patiently explained my options. The office staff was nice and didn't try to hard sell me on the frames they sell in their office. I simply wanted to have lenses added to my existing frames and they were happy to make that happen. This is only the second optometrist that I've visited. Had a bad taste in my mouth because the first office constantly tried to upsell me on services and/or frames. I called my insurance again to clarify that prescription lenses were covered even with progressive lenses. They tried to use the frame allowance for their frames and a deductible for lenses my insurance said were covered. 230.00 charge for lenses a 200. frame allowance from the insurance. It's unethical best.

I did come in, driving a good 20 minutes out of my way and the single employee working didn't acknowledge my presence at all, and I found the optometrist office empty with the lights off. Just shut this down if you're not going to staff it.
