He took the time to not only replace the screw and assemble my glasses again, he polished and tightened them as well, all at no charge and taking to me the whole time. Glory asked us why we wanted to return the sunglasses - understandable question. We told her that we could not put a prescription on the sunglasses and her response was " If you had purchased the glasses here I would have told you that". Not an appropriate response from her. She couldn't find our profile, we had to repeat our address to her several times. Her condescending demeanor and lack of attention was unnecessary. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this location.

I need access to running supplies and accessories as well as running attire. Here are my recent experiences: I came in for shoes and they were understaffed and sent me away. Twice. I came in for running nutrition and they focused on shoe fittings and I had to wait for a few dollar cash purchase. They recently eliminated the discount for being part of the local running club. And they mismanage the national program. That's if you can use it when you are turned away. This is a detriment to the national program which has deadlines on when you can use their loyalty rewards. Being turned away cost me my loyalty rewards. The national program refused to renew them and told me to ask the to comp it. Ugh. So overall, I would like to see Fleet Feet McKinney make some changes that improve the experience.
