I am so pleased to have chosen Sunflower Florist for our flowers, corsages, boutonnieres, and my amazing bouquet at our wedding. We first heard of Sunflower Forist at an annual wedding show held at our venue last year, and we instantly became attracted to their very natural style and their incorperation of greenery. Not the greatest selection of flowers, but they're nice and they let people bring their pets inside, which is nice because I tend to stop by to grab flowers on my way home from walking my dogs. The price is generally fair as well. Most times that I go in there, they've got huge bouquets around for weddings, so it looks like they cater to wedding parties more than the average "I need three flowers to put in a vase" customers. read more

Their flowers are the best in town. I don't know where they grow or get them from. We had shared several inspiration pictures (from the internet) with them so they get an idea about our theme and taste. They understood our vision perfectly. This is my first time writing a review for anything. I was treated so unfairly that I wanted to warn other future brides. While this business may be fine for buying a bouquet of flowers, it is unable to provide customer service for larger scale events. You will receive customer service and professionalism only until you have handed over your money. I had to call off my wedding and I gave the owner 8 months notice. She found another bride who wanted her services on my date less than a week later. Yet she wouldn't return my damage deposit of nearly $1000. I had only seen her for a free consultation and put down a large deposit wanting to pay a large sum right away. After much negotiation, she promised to give me my deposit as a store credit. I recently contacted the owner inquiring about the credit and to my surprise was told that I only have $200 and have used it. I have not been to the store since the cancellation and have politely asked for the owner to check her system to see that I have not used my credit. She has ignored my email completely. These people aren't flexible or accommodating and certainly not kind towards a bride who has to call off her wedding. I had to cancel things with all my other service providers and they were all absolutely wonderful and empathetic towards my situation. I'm not asking for my money back, I am asking for the credit that was promised to me... and even that hasn't been honored. read more

I found this place after I read some positive reviews online and I was so happy with my experience that I had to come here and write about it. I booked a wedding consultation after many other floral consultations at different shops I found my experience here completely different in such positive way. The owner is a very sweet lady who listened carefully to what I needed for my wedding and in no way tried to push me to spend more than necessary. In fact, she gave me so many ideas that I had never thought about and they were right in my budget. I was so pleasantly surprised not to see the pushy sale's person attitude. They are very prompt in replying their emails and whenever I would send an idea or question they would reply within a very reasonable time with an answer and more ideas. On the day of my wedding all the arrangements and my bouquet was beyond amazing. All the guests were talking about the breathtaking floral decoration in both ceremony and reception. I was so happy with my flowers that when she was giving me my bouquet, right there and there I gave her a huge hug for making my day so beautiful.
