Dr Nguyen is an awesome dentist but the office Manager Heather and billing representative Terry will take your exorbitant amount out of pocket money along with billing your insurance company two fold at every chance they get .. and you'll have to fight with them to get your reimbursement that they owe you after your insurance company already paid them..after you catch them doing it they play dumb and and shrug it off like it was the insurance companies fault. Shame on them. The Florida Insurance board and Better Business bureau needs to know how this shady, scamming office operates and needs to be shut down asap. Care quality - A crown broke after only having it for 5 months. They refuse to stand by their work…read more Another crown has decay under it after only 3 years. I have crowns that were placed in my mouth 20 years ago and they are still good. This dentist office is a chain and they do not care if their work fails. After spending thousands of $'s in their office, I have changed dentist offices for all of my family. I can't spend $2000 or $3000 out of pocket every couple of months or years because my dental insurance won't pay for repeat bad care that often. They will only replace a crown every 7 years. The office staff was very rude to me and I have asked them to give me my dental records multiple times and they always say, "We will email them to you," then they don't. They will play around with your mouth and tell you work needs to be done that doesn't. They gave my husband a huge treatment plan that doesn't need to be done according to another dentist. Don't trust them.

Unfortunately,, this dosage was 3 times the recommended dosage for a man of my weight and age and for the next 15 hours I fell into a near comatose state. When my wife called the Ocean Breeze office in a panic, she was told "Don't worry unless he stops breathing" To make matters worse, the office just sent me a $50 bill for a missed appointment. Although I have asked several times for Dr. Wetmore to call me about his prescription error, he has never called me or offered any type of apology. Needless to say, this long term patient will not be going back to Ocean Breeze Dental. It's up to you but I suggest that you consider another dental practice that will act responsibly to protect your health and well being. (By the way. Ocean Breeze made me pay for a new crown that had to be replaced after three years and another Ocean Breeze installed crown recently fell out.)

I was on the road with my daughter who was visiting from North Carolina to go on an airboat ride. There was no pain since I had had a root canalpreviously years ago. I was able to save the piece that broke off and bring it with me for my appointment. I was completely amazed with the new technology and the process necessary for the replacement. We were able to get everything done the same day, which was the BEST birthday present I have had in a long time! I am so grateful for everything they were able to accomplish in a short time. I was never worried about the results and decided to do both front teeth which HALEY also had recommended. So I have two beautiful porcelain crowns. Like a lot of people, I never enjoyed going to the dentist (who does, right?), but Dr. Haley somehow made the entire long process of getting fillings, relaxing, seemingly short, and easy. She is so gentle, detailed, kind, and genuine, that I drove over an hour to see her to have some fillings done that I had been putting off because of the pandemic. She is an expert who truly loves helping her patients with their dental health, and it shines through in all that she does. I recommend her for both adults and children, as she is incredibly kind and caring to the tenth power. She uses some of the best BPA-free materials, and has newer technologies like DIAGNOdent to detect cavities accurately, which a lot of other dentists don't have. She also takes ample time for her patients, answers all questions, and never rushes her appointments. Her office also offers patients everything from themed rooms (Star Wars, Space, Music, etc.) herbal tea, blankets, and massage chairs, to Pandora music and ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix movies with headphones to pass time during dental treatments. Who would have thought going to the dentist for fillings would be on par with a spa day or a mini vacation. The staff is amazing and super kind as well; I could literally hear them smiling over the phone whenever I called to make an appointment. If heaven had a dentist office, Dr. Haley Freymiller would definitely be on the team; that's how awesome she is. Thank you to Dr. Haley and to everyone at the Smile Design & Wellness Center!
