He's had an exceptional time during both visits. The office staff and our dentist, Dr B, are experienced with dealing with children. My son is mildly autistic and they handled him very well. The patience is there and I truly appreciate that. My son was not scared, felt comfortable and was able to ask questions. He loved seeing the tv on the ceiling and being able to get a toy after his dental exam and cleaning. The patient rooms have windows and are uniquely designed. The equipment used look clean and functional. The waiting room is comfortable and has a tv as well. There is a playroom for kids to use while waiting for their appointment. There's plenty of parking in the back and handicapped parking at the side of the building. Our experiences on both visits were pleasant and as previously stated, the staff are friendly and kind. Our dentist was Dr. Brandon Millard. I highly recommend this pediatric dental site for all the reasons mentioned above.

When I walked into his office, I quickly understood why. You're greeted by a felonious looking receptionist with a painted-on smile. She hadn't made my acquaintance before, so she looked at me with curious eyes. "New patient?" she asked. Puh-lease. My kid checked himself in and I walked around to explore the office. This guy had two fabulously large salt-water aquariums with the largest overfed Nemos I had ever seen. In the rear of his office, there was a ten by twenty-foot room filled with the greatest arcade games from the twentieth century - all free, and all unlimited play. I didn't want to leave. Ever. We got called back into the exam area way too quickly. My sixty-pound youngster practically had to pull me away from the Ms. Pac Man machine. His office was a maze of brightly colored exam rooms with not-so-friendly dental hygienists. She attempted to ignore me as I addressed the questions my child snubbed, but that poor soul soon found I am not one to be ignored. My son sat down and she did her thing. One thing they miss in all dental aide schools is communication skills. You can't ask patients questions while you have a sharp object in their mouth and expect them to answer. Miss Not-So-Happy finished with her x-rays and announced the dentist would be over shortly. Num-num stayed in the chair and played with the suction straw. Dr. Mike finally danced over and pounced on the small rolling stool adjacent to Num-num's exam chair. The dentist asked the same exact standard small-talk questions that he asked to the last four kids. Num-num had his answers ready before he asked, and he spewed them out. The doctor was surprised to find my kid had no cavities, and probably wouldn't need braces. But he did offer some very sage advice - brush those teeth at least twice a day, and for two minutes each time, or he'll be taking his teeth out at night and putting them into the dishwasher. I had told my kid how important that teeth brushing thing really is, but like most kids, parental advice is always shunned as a nag. However, now that a stranger told him the same exact thing, my advice suddenly became gospel. Twelve year-olds have no concept of the potential pitfalls of poor dental hygiene. Happy Dr. Mike painted a picture for him. Four stars for Dr. Mike's professionalism, life advice, and the arcade games. Dinged one for the not-so-friendly hygienists. Work on that, ladies.

Once I was back there the dental technician didn't even bother to check my records where I had explained the situation I am going through. She even said she didn't check it which was why she was asking me what was going on. Aside from it all she had basically said due to the timing she wasn't going to be able to do a cleaning and only get my X-rays done and come back later for a cleaning even though that was what I booked my appointment for. This was a complete waste of time I've never had such a disappointing dentist visit. Save yourself the time and effort and avoid this location.

After having my wife's then current dentist email a dental history activity, and a set of 7 separate x-rays, my wife made her first appointment. Dr. Fox refused at accept the x-rays, stating they were not easily readable and that she would have to do her own full set of x-rays. My wife then stated she would be happy to go to her other dentist and pick a fresh set of x-rays that she had paid for within the last few months. Dr. Fox refused to agree to this and said she would have to do her own x-rays. At that point my wife stated that she did not want to pay for a full set of x-rays and Dr. Fox refused to treat her unless she could do a new full set. At that point my wife left the treatment room and I met her at the front desk. The Staff person said that my wife was rude to the Dr. and my wife states it was the opposite. All my wife did was refuse to comply with the Dr.'s demands and left the treatment room. She has since made an appointment with a very reputable local dentist who states that the x-rays submitted to New Image are fine. I would never recommend using this company or this Dentist. It is our belief that his is one of those chain operations where it is all about the money and not the real needs or desires of the patient.

Be warned they take a very conservative approach to treatment, which works for some case just not all. They discharged me after i took my son to a sedation clinic to get work done (at their recommendation), then decided that there was to much work done and it would undermine the integrity of their treatment plan. this was the polite way of saying " since you went somewhere else, don't come back". When I questioned why we let a 4 year old sit with decay for 3 years I was met with the excuse of " Don't breast feed at night". Basically blaming the decay on breast milk, and our desire to avoid formula. My boys almost died from formula, to parent shame my wife for her decision to breastfeed them to then blame that for the cause of the decay is wild. After speaking with the office manger today for almost 20 minutes about our concerns and expressing our feelings in a civil way they decided that we should go elsewhere. so be warned that they don't like to be challenged and if you follow their instructions and seek outside care they will most likely kick you out as well.

We've been seeing the drs here for over two years and couldn't be any happier. When it comes to pediatrics dentists, it's never an easy chore. I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other. The great thing is that they know inherently how to work with each of them; particularly with my son that has sensory issues and auditory processing disorder. I can't begin to tell you how challenging it's been to find a doctor for him in Orlando. The practice is very nice, extremely clean and has a very amazing staff. The office works hard so that we know of any costs not covered by insurance and the prices are very fair. Most importantly...let's talk about scheduling and waits. Surprise! They schedule appropriately and we have NEVER waited. Plus they even have enough chairs that all 3 of my kids can get cleaned and examined all at once!!! I love this place :-)

My initial call was straightforward--the receptionist told me the earliest available appointment for a cleaning was May 7th, which I was perfectly fine with. However, when I called back, (we got disconnected) I was given completely different information by another staff member. I was offered an appointment for the very next day, but with the caveat that a cleaning would not be guaranteed. I was told I would first need X-rays and a full evaluation, and only after that would they determine what type of cleaning I "might" need. I made it clear that I was simply looking for a standard cleaning. I've had extensive recent dental work, including veneers, and I'm very familiar with my dental health. I also work with a cosmetic dentist I trust, so this wasn't a case of neglect or uncertainty on my end. What really raised a red flag for me was being told that even if I waited for the later appointment (May 7th), there was still no guarantee I would actually receive a cleaning during that visit. That's highly unusual. In my experience, both locally and elsewhere, a routine cleaning appointment is just that--scheduled, straightforward, and completed in one visit without unnecessary hurdles. The inconsistency between staff members, combined with the lack of clarity around something as basic as a cleaning, made the process feel unnecessarily complicated. It also gave the impression that the visit could turn into something more than what was initially requested, which felt more like a setup for potential upselling than a patient-centered approach. For patients who simply want a predictable and efficient routine cleaning, this may not be the right fit. Personally, I prefer a dental office that respects both my time and the purpose of my visit.

They tried to enforce the need of Nitrous even though I stated I did not want her to have it because it makes her sick. They sent her away and would not treat her because we refused Nitrous. Dr Milo told my husband it is a complicated procedure but then told him he could easily get my daughters tooth out at home. My husband took her to the appointment and when I called to ask about what happened they refused to give me information. Dr Milo got on the phone and told me to talk to my husband and that I may not be who I actually am (even though they already verified me when they answered the phone) after I explained that to him he told me he does not owe me anything and hung up on me. He then called my husband to let him know that a woman who claimed to be his wife called and it didn't go well. This is not the first incident we had. A few weeks ago my other daughter (who is 9) was given Nitrous for a tooth pulled and it was rushed. She was in and out of the room with treatment within 30 minutes and threw up in the lobby on the floor. She has had Nitrous at a different dentist a few times with no issues but the appointments were much longer and they gave her time to come off the gas. When Dr Milo came out to the lobby he scolded my husband for having a drink in "his lobby" before addressing my daughter vomiting on the floor. This office should not treat children or adults for that matter. They are rude and have zero bedside manner.
