Excellent dentist and staff! They were all very kind and made me feel comfortable. He has small hands that fit into my tiny mouth and a very gentle touch- I did not even feel the needle stick or the extractions. He was very thorough reviewing my health history and discussing my current state of health prior to the dental procedure and placed appropriate dressings for optimal healing. I've waited a couple weeks to make sure how I like the work Dr. Shah performed. Not only did he restore my smile, he fixed my bite. I had too much poor dental work performed at a "big box" dentist. Nothing lined up and I walked around with cartoonish crowns on my front teeth. After years of compensating, I am again able to bite and chew; which is probably more beneficial than the smile. However, I can now smile and not see Buggs Bunny teeth(that's what I called them). I love the work Dr. Shah did. He is an artist. read more

If you're looking for an office that truly cares about their patients, then by all means this office isn't the one. Dr Anand Shah genuinely only cares about how much he is able to get out of you, instead of what work is actually necessary or to your benefit. I was so disappointed with the filling that I had done. He took off entirely too much tooth surface and as a "cosmetic office" it was no where near aesthetically pleasing. On top of that, despite them canceling or reschedule on me several times before, I had ONE emergency come up and they would not even consider waiving the cancellation fee. Shani the receptionist is rude and shouldn't be answering any phone calls or dealing with any customers. I should've read all the reviews on here before booking an appointment with them, please read the reviews before booking with any office. The nicest thing I can say is the assistants are nice and deserve a better environment to work in. Overall I had high hopes and was disappointed. read more

I took my entire family here for over a decade but the office staff drove me away! They kept scheduling appointments for us and then charging a no show fee. I paid 1 fee that my son did miss but the other two were me and I wasn't even in the state. I paid the $70 just to avoid collections and pulled my whole family out. Do not trust this staff!!!! I went to this office due to my insurance saying this was the one I had to go to. I was told it would take 1.5 hours for the xrays, cleaning and dental check up. I took 2 hours off work. I was promptly suited up to take xrays in the chair, pictures taken and a measurement with a probe of the gums. I was then told how bad my gums are and the drastic measures that need to be taken to get them back in good condition. I asked at 4:30 when she was going to clean my teeth, she said she doesn't have time, the deep cleaning I need was going to take too long and the appointment only went to 5pm. I was taken to the front desk so they could hand me the list of fees that it is going to cost me to get in "Good Conditio"' and that I will need to come back every 3 months for a while and then, MAYBE, I could go to every 4 months. I will not say I have perfect teeth but I have been going to the dentist regularly (every 6 months) for the last 20+ years. 4 different dentists, by the way, and never have I been told the drastic horrible condition of my teeth under my gums. I left this appointment thinking maybe I was misled for the last 9 years with my most recent dentist and that something was actually wrong, then my husband went the next day for his appointment and they said the exact same bullsh*t. He was absolutely livid, this attempt at extorting more money from the victim, uh patient, in addition to the fees paid by the insurance is absolutely absurd. Not only will I not be going back to this office, I will tell everyone I can to run fast and run far away from it. read more

Excellent implant service for me it was painless. That is a fact! I'm going back 10/14 /20 for a check up.

Their website says we can make appointment either call them or online appointment. I did both , the person on the phone was un professional and seemed like in hurry to hang up the phone and can go home earlier, I guess . It was only 1:01 pm on Thursday, but it has enough time to help patients get appointment. Unfortunately, when you call them after 1:10 pm , they never answered the phone . They only close at 2:00pm . Then I checked the reviews here on yelp about their business . Gosh , they r all disappointed reviews ! Those reviews just proved there r something wrong with this dental clinic. The Dentist Dr. Shah is money hungry. I did have implantation done took the money and money from Dental company did put screws on me and got screwed. Implantation consists of putting screws as foundation, abutments and finally the crown. Shah did one and never finished rest. read more

I was shocked to read some of the reviews of Dr. Anand Shah at Celebrity Smiles. I started going to him when I had issues at my previous dental facility. His staff was very thorough with taking x-rays and reviewing my history at the previous location. I did have one major issue that needed to be taken care of and he went over the available options leaving it up to me as to what I wanted to do. He was very conservative when it came to two other teeth that had issues which I was very pleased. In addition, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly answering every question I ask. I rate them a 5 because that is the level of care I have been shown and given while going to them. read more

I can't say enough about Dr. Shah and his staff. I accompanied my beyond scared mother-in-law after 30 years of dental neglect. Dr. Shah and Eva were absolutely wonderful. They have been more than kind and gentle with my grand daughter and have always treated us like family. If there is some type of service that they have recommended and we did not want to do, it was never a hard sell. I did not have a good experience here. I went here for a new patient visit. I thought I was just going to have x-rays done and a cleaning. Even though I wasn't having any problems, they made me pay for additional panoramic x-rays that were not covered by my insurance. Then they wouldn't give me a cleaning, because they said I needed a special deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover on the same date. My insurance recently changed at work which led me to look for a new in-network dentist. I spent some time looking for a new dental practice in town. This is when I came across Celebrity Smiles. I called and made an appointment. I waited anxiously for about 3 weeks to go in and get a routine cleaning. On Wednesday I receive a call asking me to confirm my appointment. I call back Thursday morning and leave a message stating that I would be there at 2:00 on Friday. My appointment was at 2:00 pm. That Friday I left work at about 1:00pm to ensure that I had ample time to avoid being late to my first appointment. I get there at about 1:50 and I'm greeted by a front desk attendant. I quickly tell her that i have a 2:00pm appointment and she looks at me confused. I give her my name and she questions whether perhaps I was scheduled to see the orthodontist next door. I reassured her that my appointment was at 2:00 at this office. The man who I'm assuming made my appointment quickly turns around and tells me that I had cancelled my appointment the day before. I asked him if he had the message/number. He very rudely said no. I pulled up my phone showing them both that I had called the day before at 10:39am to confirm. Again, the lady looks at me and says this was very weird but that the hygienist had already left for the day. Needless to say I lost time from work, gas and time. These people cancelled my appointment and didn't even bother calling me nor telling me/ giving me a valid explanation. BTW my name is very uncommon so the likelihood of another patient with the same name is non-existent. Very unprofessional front desk staff, dishonest, extremely apathetic. read more

I always have a great experience every time I have to go to Celebrity Smiles whether it be for a cleaning or treatment. Both he hygienist and Dr. Roppa are very thorough and gentle. When I have to have treatment done I can't even feel the prick for the shot to numb. Dr. Roppa also makes sure I'm good and numb before starting the procedure and I can't feel a thing. I have not had to have any extractions done but everyone I have talked to that has, were so scared to go but after they did they were so relieved and happy they gave Celebrity Smiles a try and said they would be going back for all other treatment they have to do. They are also very good with children. I have been taking my 12 year old daughter to them for years and she has never been scared to go and says everyone is so nice. I have referred my husband, dad, mom, sisters and friends who all have become patients there and love them as well. read more
