I was able to save the piece that broke off and bring it with me for my appointment. I was completely amazed with the new technology and the process necessary for the replacement. Like a lot of people, I never enjoyed going to the dentist (who does, right?), but Dr. Haley somehow made the entire long process of getting fillings, relaxing, seemingly short, and easy. She is so gentle, detailed, kind, and genuine, that I drove over an hour to see her to have some fillings done that I had been putting off because of the pandemic. She is an expert who truly loves helping her patients with their dental health, and it shines through in all that she does. I recommend her for both adults and children, as she is incredibly kind and caring to the tenth power. She uses some of the best BPA-free materials, and has newer technologies like DIAGNOdent to detect cavities accurately, which a lot of other dentists don't have. She also takes ample time for her patients, answers all questions, and never rushes her appointments. Her office also offers patients everything from themed rooms (Star Wars, Space, Music, etc.) herbal tea, blankets, and massage chairs, to Pandora music and ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix movies with headphones to pass time during dental treatments. Who would have thought going to the dentist for fillings would be on par with a spa day or a mini vacation. The staff is amazing and super kind as well; I could literally hear them smiling over the phone whenever I called to make an appointment. Care quality - A crown broke after only having it for 5 months. They refuse to stand by their work…read more Another crown has decay under it after only 3 years. I have crowns that were placed in my mouth 20 years ago and they are still good. This dentist office is a chain and they do not care if their work fails. After spending thousands of $'s in their office, I have changed dentist offices for all of my family. I can't spend $2000 or $3000 out of pocket every couple of months or years because my dental insurance won't pay for repeat bad care that often. They will only replace a crown every 7 years. The office staff was very rude to me and I have asked them to give me my dental records multiple times and they always say, "We will email them to you," then they don't. They will play around with your mouth and tell you work needs to be done that doesn't. They gave my husband a huge treatment plan that doesn't need to be done according to another dentist. Don't trust them.

I saw Dr John Hong and he was efficient and kind. He did excellent work! The care they took with me was amazing. I expressed my nervousness around dental work and everyone was very kind. They didn't attempt to get me to pay for anything extra and the office ladies were very clear with every form I signed and every expense that could be charged. They are very transparent with what's going on both sides of the desk.

They say new patient is $59. I have two dental insurances. They billed my visa for my copay which I authorized of $10. They insisted because I need periodontal work I had to have some laser cleaning not the regular cleaning. They opened a credit card in my name that I told them I did not want. It affected my credit score. They then credited back the charge but did not cancel the account. I know because I got a card in the mail. Now obviously I will keep the card because if I close it, my credit score will be affected. They have a sign at the front desk when you walk in to contribute to a water charity $30 and receive $100 credit on my account. They then charged my Visa an additional $916. They did NOT submit my claim to my primary carrier, only to my secondary insurance which is my medicare. I am a senior citizen and I think they like taking advantage of seniors. These people are a racket and are upselling you the whole time. NEVER GO HERE !!! I am reporting them to the insurance commissioner and county senior abuse hotline. They deserve 0 stars but that is not an option.

I knew something wasn't right because I was feeling sharp pains on the tooth as it was happening. The filling ended up being so sensitive and uneven. I had to go back to get it evened out. Since then I have continued to have sensitivity in the tooth and sharp pains. I have gone to another dentist who has said that they messed up my filling so bad and gone too far and have to get a root canal. Thanks a lot!

The extraction was completed with no complications or pain and even now, hours later, I cannot stop thinking about how grateful I am to everyone at Stadium Family Dentistry today and how terrific they were.
