I should have trusted my gut when he did the root canal and the infection didn't go away and he still filled in the tooth and said the infection didn't go away. Fast forward a year later the tooth had to be pulled cuz the infection never healed. So much money down the drain :(

She is on a limited budget and we were looking at budget dental service providers but the waiting time there was terrible. After a week of dealing with this, we opened the telephone book and found Dr. Cruz and Dental Solutions of WH. What a life saver for my mother. First of all I called late in the afternoon and the friendly office staff told us my mother could come in first thing in the morning the following day and they would fit her in around the other appointments as soon as possible. The next day, my mother waited less than an hour, saw Dr. Cruz for her exam who advised that she would be better treated by an oral surgeon for an extraction (due to medication issues), arranged the appointment with the oral surgeon for us for the next day AND meanwhile arranged to have her partial denture modified to accommodate the extracted tooth (also by the next day). Due to other medical issues, my mother could not actually have the tooth extracted after all the next morning (she must wait a few months) so we stopped by the office to discuss options. Dr. Cruz took my mother in within an hour with NO APPOINTMENT simply because we were already there. He was able to grind down the broken tooth to lay flat and put in a filling to both alleviate the pain and allow her to wear the new modified denture. It's a temporary measure until the root of the tooth is completely extracted at a later time, but it has been a life saver for my mother. She is exceedingly pleased with the service and comfort of her procedure and Dr. Cruz's professionalism. And although all dental work is a financial hit, all in all we feel that the price was very reasonable, especially considering how everything was done and completed in less than 48 hours from our first call. What I got was... an experience. Let's break it down. Lounge Area 10/10 on aesthetics. The waiting area is beautifully decorated, the chairs are comfortable, and the music was great. It felt more like a trendy lounge than a dental office. Clean, modern, thoughtfully designed. Honestly, if vibes could clean teeth, this place would be elite. Receptionist Hillary at the front desk was fantastic, friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. First impressions matter, and she absolutely delivered. Other Staff The team seemed happy and upbeat. At one point it felt like karaoke hour in the best way. You can tell the staff enjoys working together. The energy is light and positive, which is refreshing in a dental setting. Bathroom Clean and well-maintained. No complaints there. The Exam Process Here's where things shifted. The exam involved an excessive number of photos from multiple angles, tools holding my mouth open, extended time under bright lights. I understand documentation is important, but there was little explanation during the process. When I asked questions about what was going on, the responses felt vague and rushed. Then came the big reveal. The Diagnosis & Treatment Plan Instead of receiving the routine cleaning I scheduled, I was told my teeth were in poor condition and that I needed a more involved (and more expensive) procedure not covered by my insurance. The conversation felt less like healthcare guidance and more like a sales presentation. The focus seemed to shift toward upselling rather than addressing my primary reason for coming in. Dr. Carolina Londono did not come across as reassuring or transparent to me. Trust is huge in healthcare, and I simply didn't feel it in that moment. Second Opinion The next day, I went to my previous provider for a second opinion. Completely different experience. They disagreed with the assessment, performed a standard cleaning fully covered by insurance, and did not find the severe issues I was warned about. That contrast spoke volumes. Trust & Bedside Manner For me, bedside manner is about clarity, transparency, and feeling like your provider is advocating for your health, not your wallet. While the office excels in atmosphere and friendliness, I left feeling uneasy rather than confident. Final Thoughts Dream Dental absolutely wins on ambiance, music, and aesthetics. If I were reviewing it as a coworking space, it might get five stars. But when it comes to dental care, trust outweighs décor every time. If something feels off, get a second opinion. Hali his assistant was informative, gentle, and patient and Sam, the super friendly receptionist had me smiling both before and after the procedure! Dr. Alzubaidi was highly recommended for me and I can see why. He definitely knows what he's doing. He explained thoroughly what was going to happen and what to expect as did Hali as well. I'm a snowbird & was very anxious about going to someone other than our life long family dentist from up north but that was all for naught. These people were wonderful!

After some testing they said it was not needed and we were sent back to our dentist to see about a crown. After doing the initial work to get the crown including the temporary there was still pain and the dentist has decided to send us to a different endodontist for the root canal that they still feel is necessary. On our visit there was construction going on and accessing the parking lot was a real problem as there was only one lane in and out. Since no dental work was actually performed I can not comment on the quality of service offered here. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

She got me in immediately to see Dr Winderbaum. When I arrived, I found the office to be clean and nicely decorated. Dr Winderbaum was very nice. After seeing my problem, we decided to replace my broken onlay. He gave me a great shot, which I barely felt and he had a very gentle touch. He seemed to be very conscientious as well. His assistant performed a digital scan of my tooth and had a very light touch. A temporary restoration was placed while I wait for the lab to return my permanent restoration. I would definitely recommend Dr Winderbaum. I found him to be compassionate and conscientious. I guess I found a new dentist.
