One-Star Review for Endodontic Specialists, P.A. (Brandon, FL)…read more My wife, Lu, had a root canal here on September 13, 2024. Since her insurance had no funds left, we paid $1,017.10 in full upfront. The procedure was fine, but his billing department is a nightmare. This situation is complicated, so let me explain the timeline. Lu first had crown work done at SmileWrite Dentistry, our longtime dentist, which maxed out her insurance benefits. When she later needed a root canal, SmileWrite referred us to Dr. Soliman. Before scheduling, we informed his office that insurance was fully used and negotiated a cash price of $1,017.10, which we paid in full. Despite this, his office double billed us--charging insurance $836 for the same procedure we already paid for. That money should have gone to SmileWrite for their legitimate claim, but instead, his office took it without our knowledge. When we caught the error, they refused to void the claim and instead offered a refund--but for $80 less than what they took. Sure, $80 isn't a huge amount, but it's the principle--they knowingly took money that wasn't theirs and won't fully correct it. It's been four months, and even after agreeing on a call with my provider and insurance rep to return the full amount, they still haven't. This isn't a simple mistake--it's shady billing. Dr. Soliman, do you know your billing team is damaging your reputation and referral relationships? SmileWrite has sent you many patients, yet your billing department's refusal to fix this has also prevented them from getting paid for legitimate work. That's no way to treat the people sending you business. After four months of trying to resolve this, I had no choice but to write this review. We've also filed a BBB complaint and are waiting for a response. Dr. Soliman's office, do the right thing--refund the full $836 so SmileWrite can be made whole.

I have to start by saying--I absolutely hate going to the dentist. So when I found out I needed a…read moreroot canal, I was extremely nervous and upset. I searched through reviews to find a dentist who could make the experience as stress-free as possible, and the reviews about Dr. Tsatalis at the Riverview office were absolutely right--she is fantastic! This was, hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had. Even before meeting Dr. Tsatalis, her assistant Sonia took the time to calm my nerves and make me feel more at ease. They are a terrific team! If you need endodontic care, this is the place to go. I never imagined I would be writing a positive review about a dental visit, but they are that good!

When I walked in I was greeted warmly. They took my information and I talked with them about the procedure. They answered all my questions. Dr. Puma Patel was the one who did the procedure. She and the nursing staff have great patient-centered communication and rapport. She and the nurses worked as a team to create and place the temporary crown. It took less than a half hour. I highly recommend the Lakeland Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry team for your dental needs.

I get there, ( 40 min away, ) assuming I will be covered since I have 2 free visits er year, and after my treatment plan, I was told I have to pay $99. On top of that, their estimate is Twice as much as other dentists, Over $6,400!!! Be aware they are scammers. they lie to get you in their office then pressure you by saying they use top of the line materials, so other dentists dont use good material?? I will not recommend these Dentists to anyone, even my dog.

Dr. Nofallah and his entire staff are caring and genuinely concerned that you understand what they are doing and why before they do it. They are not only professional, but caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice.

After decades of undergoing nearly every procedure my former periodontist performs, I had spent…read moreover thirty thousand dollars on nearly every procedure performed in this practice, e. g., sinus lifts; at least two periodontal gum flap surgeries; extractions; temporary replacement teeth; crown lengthening; gum graph surgeries; at least three implants, two of which failed, and this is only a partial list of procedures; and of course, periodontal deep cleanings every three months for at least ten of those years. At my last visit, I was informed that to just maintain my current status, I would need another nearly ten thousand between the periodontist and my regular dentist, in the form of restoration and crowns. This entire dental history was as a cash customer. By researching my situation online, I discovered New Teeth Now and proceeded to look at dozens of videos on their website, and attended several of their webinars. Of particular interest was the Zygomatic procedure, perfected by Dr. Harley Richards and Dr. David Kirkpatrick obviating the need for a sinus lift in order to place implants in the maxillary. Another compelling attraction, was Dr. Kawveh Nofallah's lab which shares the same building as the surgical center. I think every review I've seen or read, singles out Dr. Nofallah and his staff of technical artists for their attention to crafting authentic dentures. Long after the surgery, a patient is in the gentle and kind hands of Dr. Nofallah. I had the procedure just over two years ago, and I am delighted with the results.
