When I arrived today, I was told I had a $25 charge for "missing" my last appointment. The front desk told me that reminders are just a courtesy and my responsibility to remember, which I understand, but most practices are much kinder and more patient-focused in situations like this. The doctor and some of the staff are great, but the way I was treated by the front desk was disappointing. Before leaving, I expressed that I wouldn't be returning. Unfortunately, Cindy at the front desk seemed unbothered by losing a loyal patient, which is disappointing given how great the doctor is. I truly hope the office does better, because the doctor deserves a more caring and attentive team.

However, I recently had a crown done on my front tooth that exceeded my greatest expectations! Dr. Liz Cristofano- who only comes to the office on Monday's and Fridays is the absolute best dentist there is. She's honest, caring, and TALENTED. She explained the procedure and although I was nervous about having an exact match on my front tooth, she assured me that I would be sent to a lab to find a color match for my neighboring teeth. She worked with Sandy (who's also incredible) to find a temporary crown that worked for me until my permanent crown came in and it looked great. Today I went in for my permanent crown and Dr. Cristofano was such a perfectionist in making sure the tooth was shaved perfectly in line with my other teeth and I could not believe the finished product! Us Veterans tend to get appointment dates confused. Happen all the time. I also took the day off to get the crown done. Your office had been calling me to get the root canal done which I had delayed because I had an issue last Sept when I was going the root canal. I did get the root canal as you asked. The young front desk lady said there was nothing she can do when I asked if they could squeeze me in to get the crown done. I asked if I can speak to the office manager and she said there was non-available. I then asked when will an office manager be back and she said no office manager would be back until Tuesday. There was no attempt to call anyone to try and help. I asked the young front desk lady to cancel the 19 June appointment as I would be out of town. I really believe that there were other options to offer instead of turning me down as I was already there, and the crown did would not take much to install.

He took a great deal of time to gently and patiently explain exactly what my issues were and offered me valuable advice on how best to remedy the situation. I had been struggling for over a year with implant supported dentures that kept breaking and were painful to even wear. I could barely even chew with them and they had cost me over $11,000. The work had been performed in Maine and I just didn't know where to turn now that I was living in Zephyrhills full time. I'd had a horrifying experience with a different dental practice in town that necessitated my need for dentures in the first place so to say I was a bit "gun shy" is putting it mildly. He knew I was traumatized by the entirety of the situation at hand and that he was quite literally my only hope. He also knew that finances were a big issue for me but he never made me feel inferior because of it. Because of his 34 years of expertise and his kindness, I left his office with a solid game plan on how best to resolve my problems. I no longer felt uninformed about what my issues were and for the first time in a long time, I had hope that my nightmare would soon be over. I followed his advice to the T and what great advice it was! If all of that wasn't enough, as a final gesture of his generosity, honor and decency, he told me there would be no charge for my visit! People like Dr. Bryington are few and far between in today's day and age. He not only restored my faith in Dentistry, he restored my faith in humanity as well. Thank you Dr. Bryington. Here's why: in June I started having issues with one of my molars. The office was able to get me in the day after I called. I told her what was going on and she said I likely needed a molar root canal and if so then it would be followed with a crown. I saw an Endodontist and yes I need that root canal. I went to get my crown made and told her I was concerned about my retainers fitting since I had just had new ones made this past April. She tried her hardest to get the retainer to fit, she even scanned my tooth, but the crown manufacturer didn't get it to fit my retainer, which we were afraid of. Long story short at the end of my visit I still owed like $75, she told me to not worry about my balance since she knew a new retainer was going to run me about $125+ dollar. I saw my ortho, he didn't charge me either so I called Dr. Park's office told them I wasn't charged for my retainer and was happy to pay my balance. They told me not to worry about it, that it was already taken care of! 1000% recommend Dr. Park!

My seven-year-old daughter is autistic and experiences severe anxiety around dental and medical appointments, largely due to previous experiences at other providers. Denny, the office manager, is a fantastic asset to the team. She made the intake process smooth and was exceptionally welcoming when we arrived. Knowing she has years of experience with special needs children was a relief. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to both me and my daughter, helping her feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Shruti Pandhi was also wonderful--she showed great patience and helped my daughter feel safe in an environment that would usually be intimidating for her.
