Great experience at Dental Care at Quail Hollow ("DCQH") in June 2026…read more Patient care: Dr. Patel, the dental hygienists, and the dental assistant, were attentive, patient, thorough, and gentle with their tools and equipment. Additionally, they explained things in terms that made sense for treatment moving forward, leaving plenty of opportunity to share dental history and ask questions. Staff approach to administrative details: Scheduling was easy and fast online through their chat, and filling out all necessary forms was equally as efficient. On top of this, staff attention to compliance of patient privacy at workstations (computer) and in reference to patient names was the best I have seen in a long time of any medical office that handles private patient health information; This was demonstrated when the dental assistant asked me to hang tight for a moment prior to transitioning from the x-ray bay to the patient room, and again when moving between my room and my family member's treatment room, where I saw other staff closing out of programs prior to bringing patients in or out of other rooms... also when discussing information at the reception desks, and in calling family members back into the treatment areas (which other medical offices should take note of!). Patient comfort: The atmosphere of the office is clean and well maintained. Lights are low (where possible), and music was generally calm. There are small bottles of water offered throughout, and they also provide blankets, lip balm, sunglasses, and other small items to ensure comfort and completion of appointment goals. In addition, TV's are provided in treatment rooms with a plethora of options for patients that need extra distraction. We could tell that staff paid attention to certain details on the intake paperwork as they were very deliberate in assuring comfort for a family member during treatment. Last, an overall comparison of DCQH to other area offices: Finding a new dental practice was, at times, discouraging; When calling around, it was evident that many have lost sight of the patient, requiring separate appointments for each of: x-rays, exam, cleaning (I am not sure who has that much time to devote to going back and forth to the dentist, but we don't). But DCQH did all of this and more: exams, x-rays, cleanings... plus treatments, a generous amount of time with Dr. Patel and staff discussing details, and the staff collaborated to provide multiple printed work-ups for possible future treatment or procedures to take home for consideration. For all of the wonderful qualities that DCQH exhibited, we hope not to need to find another dental practice any time soon. Thank you, Dr. Patel and staff, for making what is usually a 'chore appointment' a comfortable and convenient experience from start to finish.

I've had so much dentist trauma and I am always nervous about going to a new place…read more They were so kind, explained everything and their process is so easy. They cared what my opinions were and didn't try to talk me into treatments I don't need. I'm so happy with the service here!

I hope my experience is not the norm, I had an awful experience at New Tampa family dental…read more The experience started with me scheduling a routine cleaning over the phone and the receptionist taking down my insurance information. Over the next week I received two additional calls from New Tampa family dental asking for my insurance information because they kept failing to enter it into the computer correctly. Then a few days before my appointment I received a health questionnaire that I had to complete through my cell phone. At first this seemed like a typical dental questionnaire about allergies and previous surgeries. However, I was required to enter my insurance information a fourth time, upload pictures of my driver's license, and answer roughly 50 to 100 questions about my health history. On the day of the appointment I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early since I was a new patient. I was informed after arriving that showing up 15 minutes early was not necessary since I had already completed the excessively long health questionnaire. I then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes before being called back. Once the cleaning began I was informed that I would need to complete mandatory extra services that were not covered by insurance. When I questioned why these extra services were mandatory I was never provided with an adequate explanation. I have never had a cavity and dental cleanings have always been run-of-the-mill for me. When I refused to accept the extra services New Tampa family dental refused to treat me. I ended up walking out of my appointment without completing my routine cleaning. A few weeks later I went to a different dentist in Wesley Chapel and was faced with none of these mandatory extra services and received compliments on my oral hygiene. New Tampa family dental was an outlier in every interaction I had with them, and they were not an outlier in a positive direction.

Us Veterans tend to get appointment dates confused. Happen all the time. I also took the day off to get the crown done. Your office had been calling me to get the root canal done which I had delayed because I had an issue last Sept when I was going the root canal. I did get the root canal as you asked. The young front desk lady said there was nothing she can do when I asked if they could squeeze me in to get the crown done. I asked if I can speak to the office manager and she said there was non-available. I then asked when will an office manager be back and she said no office manager would be back until Tuesday. There was no attempt to call anyone to try and help. I asked the young front desk lady to cancel the 19 June appointment as I would be out of town. I really believe that there were other options to offer instead of turning me down as I was already there, and the crown did would not take much to install.

Dr. Langston saved my smile--avoid Advanced Dental Arts of Wesley Chapel…read more I had bridges placed on my front teeth by Advanced Dental Arts of Wesley Chapel, and I was told they were permanent. Turns out, they were only temporary--and I didn't find out until they broke in August 2025. By then, I had already moved from Florida to Atlanta and spent a significant amount of money on what I thought was lasting dental work. I reached out to their office to discuss compensation but never heard back. The bridges were beyond repair, and I had to pay over $10,000 to have them replaced by Dr. Langston here in Georgia. Thankfully, he did an incredible job and gave me a smile that looks better than ever. If you're considering Advanced Dental Arts, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Dr. Langston truly delivers the quality and care every patient deserves.

I always try to look for the best Dentist everywhere I go. I moved to Tampa in 2010, and thank God…read moreI found Dr. Daniels, he has been outstanding in all his treatments. Over the years, I have done a lot of work on my teeth with many Dentists in 3 different countries, bridges, implants, crowns, veneers, root canals, and all that dental work needs special attention and maintenance. I see Dr. Daniels regularly since 2014, and I have had a few emergencies with broken teeth, and he has always done outstanding work. Dr. Daniels is also treating my sleep apnea. After four years since my initial diagnosis, I'm delighted to share that my Sleep Apnea has vanished, supported by one in-home sleep study and one in-clinic sleep study, both of which confirmed the positive outcome. Though I still snore occasionally, the life-threatening aspect of sleep apnea is no longer a concern. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Daniels for his exceptional care and expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend him without any reservation.

This place upcharges everything. My insurance gives me 2 cleanings yearly with no deductible…read more This morning I went in and they wanted to charge me a 56 dollar deductible. As I tried to explain that in 12 years I've never paid for a cleaning she then said .. "oh that's a prophylactic cleaning, we recommend another one", when she refused to do the other I walked out. I haven't had any dental issues in years and have regular cleanings. I let them talk me into a deep cleaning in the fall and that cost me hundreds of dollars. My son had a crown placed and I paid over 400 for that, then the insurance company questioned all the costs. Every time one of us walks in there, it's an additional cost that I've never encountered at another dentist. Don't go here!
