Dr. Langston saved my smile--avoid Advanced Dental Arts of Wesley Chapel I had bridges placed on my front teeth by Advanced Dental Arts of Wesley Chapel, and I was told they were permanent. Turns out, they were only temporary--and I didn't find out until they broke in August 2025. By then, I had already moved from Florida to Atlanta and spent a significant amount of money on what I thought was lasting dental work. I reached out to their office to discuss compensation but never heard back. The bridges were beyond repair, and I had to pay over $10,000 to have them replaced by Dr. Langston here in Georgia. Thankfully, he did an incredible job and gave me a smile that looks better than ever. If you're considering Advanced Dental Arts, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Went in June to get full dentures! When dentures were done they didn't fit couldn't wear them thank god I had my old ones ! Went several times back to keep getting them adjusted since I had sores in my mouth! They finally fit thank god! This was a frustrating adventure! Fast forward they keep sending me texts and emails for 76$! I have called them every time that I won't pay cause this was an adjustment to teeth that didn't fit ! Their response was we have taken it off and u will no longer have this problem! So why are u still trying to get me to pay for an adjustment?? Think 2x people! I have been going to advance dental arts of Wesley Chapel, since October of 2024. They do a great job on implants and any other dental care needed. Dr Catania did a great Job. Dr Kulangara( Dr K) is a specialist, a Prosthodontist. Dr K and Dr Catania are people, they listen to what you and make sure you get what is needed. They would explain the work for you to decide. The dental hygienists are very good. The dental assistant Sonia is great, she is very gentle and cares for me. My husband like all the doctors and he Started going there before me. Because of the great care he has been receiving, I decided to go there. The receptionists are very nice. The office is very clean. read more

This place is a joke! 5 appointments and zero results. I went for a bridge i have veen trying to set up for a few months. It was $2900 a few months ago bit since i have new insurance today it was going to cost $4200. They wanted 1k out of picket today. After getting costs agreed to, i go back to get work done after a briken bridge i have had fir 4 minths, she says. You need to have a cleaning first and wanted to send me to another dentist who doesn't accept my insurance. Too many games here! Everything depends on you insurance. Never the same answer. All about milking the patient and insurance company for as much as they can! They don't care about the patient just maximizing profits! Worst practice i have ever been too. If I could give no stars this place would QUALIFY! If you want to keep your teeth stay away. I wanted his Root care specialist to do the work he insisted he knew what he was doing even thou my ins covered specialists. Not only did he do it wrong, but put in one big tooth in place of two! I was appalled. Now the tooth since his big Disaster has had to be pulled. The office their charges people more then their suppose to so WATCH YOUR BILLS! It is hard to find a dentist that does not have almost all 5 star ratings, but look no further than Ad. D Arts, the most money grubbing lot I have ever had the misfortune to see. You go to see them for X, but before they will fix X you have to agree to the infamous "Treatment Plan" for 10x more problems than you imagined, and the plan of course includes the even more infamous "Deep Cleaning." And then there is the very large pit bull at the check in desk who will when pressed, gruffly admit what another reviewer described as a bait and switch - one of the dentists accepts insurance by several providers but the office as a whole does not. read more

I have been coming to Advanced Dental Arts of Wesley Chapel for a little over a year now and have been pretty happy with the quality of work and how I have been treated, which is why I still come back and forth from NY to get work done. However, I recently had a crown done on my front tooth that exceeded my greatest expectations! Dr. Liz Cristofano- who only comes to the office on Monday's and Fridays is the absolute best dentist there is. She's honest, caring, and TALENTED. She explained the procedure and although I was nervous about having an exact match on my front tooth, she assured me that I would be sent to a lab to find a color match for my neighboring teeth. She worked with Sandy (who's also incredible) to find a temporary crown that worked for me until my permanent crown came in and it looked great. Today I went in for my permanent crown and Dr. Cristofano was such a perfectionist in making sure the tooth was shaved perfectly in line with my other teeth and I could not believe the finished product! For anyone who's nervous about Getting a crown done, I urge you to consider coming here because their work is impressive. For the first time in my life, I am 100% happy with my smile. THANK YOU DR. I have no complaint about the friendliness of the staff. However, their invoices are very confusing as confirmed by another patient. My biggest complaint, however, is their lack of "customer service." For months I have been following up on a $39* refund due me from a service done in April 2023, through phone calls and emails. In one of these follow-ups, "Katrina" promised to mail the check to me, but nothing came. Finally, I sent a letter to Dr. Kulangara on 8/4, but this too was ignored. If one cannot trust an office to refund a small amount of $39, how then can one trust them if the billing in question is even much bigger???? So I say to current and future patients now, beware and review your invoices carefully!!! *I was charged $69 by ADA, but then Humana also paid the same amount coincidentally? on the same day. ADA's explanation was for anti-bacterial rinse used after the end of cleaning. I researched the cost of chlorhexidine rinse used by dentists and a bottle costs less than $5. read more

After moving to the area from south Florida, I had searched for a dentist who made me feel comfortable as I knew I needed major dental work and after a terrible childhood experience, I am terrified of the dentist. Four extractions, a crown, root canal and two new partials later, I can say that I found that dentist. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. I felt bad going back several times for adjustments on my partials but they reassured me that no matter how many adjustments are needed, I just call. After making an appointment for a dental cleaning and being told a cleaning cost $ 99 if I would transfer prior X-rays to this office, upon walking in they presented me with a bill for $ 418 prior to treatment. When I informed them about the emailed X-rays the amount was lowered, but a high amount was added for seeing the dentist. Since I didn't request to see the dentist I was not willing to pay for that. Then the amount was deducted and before I went into the next room I had to pay $ 99.-. The staff was very friendly and I was asked if I don't mind to get X-rays taken at no cost. After many X-rays, and other camera images which took approx. 34 min, I was seen by a dentist who told me she was unsure about two teeth, my gums were nice and light pink, then I was taken to the hygienist. There is was told my gums were inflamed and bleeding (not true) and that she had to determine which cleaning I would get. After I mentioned that I paid for the $ 99 one she said that is for people who are young and never had any cavities and no crowns. I was told I need every 3 months a cleaning and my cleaning would $ 1025.- and since I have no insurance it would be 25% less. I stood up and said I'm not willing and able to spend that amount every 3 months as per her statement I have a Ferrari in my mouth as I have some crowns, which have to be cleaned at a higher amount. That's like $ 4000 for cleaning a year... All of a sudden I was told that I could get the $ 99 cleaning but compared to my dentist that is an hour away where I paid like $ 70 for a cleaning, this felt like half work was done. So next time I will drive an hour again instead of going in the same community where I live, where it seems this dentist feels that we are all rich and can be their pay check. Nice staff, and if you don't mind feeding that bill then go. I'm not part of that. Btw my appointment was for 8 am and I walked out at 10.45 am which was pretty annoying as I had all kind of other appointments since I work for my money. If you have too much money and time on your hands, then this may be your dentist. read more

I called this morning to cancel my appointment because i woke up with a cough wasnt feeling well. When i informed her of my canceling, she acted like it was an inconvenience for her that i had to cancel and then proceeded to ask me why i had to reschedule for today to begin with. I have been to the Wesley chapel 2x , all they care is money. I was told they were participating provider with my insurance . Not true I was told by Cigna that only Dr Kolungara is the only doctor there who participate with Cigna but I was seen by someone else. I have a cleaning done and my out of pocket was 418 . As per the building department Cigna paid 60 and again I received another surprise bill of 160 which I will pay. Inept staff that over and double bills their patients. I have paid them $140 over the past two months, in addition to them billing my insurance, and I'm being told I still owe them more money. The math just doesn't add up. It simply shouldn't take this much work to understand why I'm continuing to be invoiced. I and my parents have had good experiences with Dr. Kulangara and the hygienist, however the administrative staff (Erica) has seemed a bit brassy at times. The service from Dr. K and hygienist was good enough so we continued to endure the admin side of the business. The last two visits with my father and myself we were kept waiting more than 30 minutes past our appt. time. Waiting 30+ minutes after the appointed time before being seen makes it impossible to plan a productive and efficient day. The routine cleaning visit today kept us 2.5 hours. Don't do it! Unless, you want hear words like regenerated cavities after you just spent money few months earlier on the same teeth and those same cavities. Also they'll be nice at first to get a good review from you but eventually their true colors will show. Save yourself a headache because there is nothing Advanced about this dental office. Art is all they do. I needed a root canal got sent to a different dentist. Notice the name Advanced Dental Art. Key word ART. Watch your billing. They also will try to reschedule at the last minute like you don't have anything else better to do, but be at their becking call. Thought I found a great dentist to go to but after a few months the fillings started to crumble within a couple, my bridge popped off which was not cool. Another issue is they kept shoving an iPad in my face to give them a review before I even had any work done. Also I needed a root canal and bridge done on one side of my face before we even completed this they were pushing me to do my other side. One thing at a time, I don't like pushy places and for this I have found another dentist. I hope you take some of this criticism as motivation. read more
