After spending several thousands of dollars and (now I know) unnecessary pain, I was left with a front tooth that was the wrong shape, was too thick, was the wrong color and they hadn't told me that instead of a veneer, they shaved it down so much it was now a crown. I was devastated. I found Dr. Rutsis and they immediately got me in and agreed that "it's good enough" (what the previous dentist told me) wasn't the standard they held themselves at. They had me go to the lab where the veneer was created to actually get it color matched. At the previous dentist, everytime they worked on the tooth, they gave me shots, so I had 4 shots in the same place over a period of a couple months. My mouth was extremely sore and I was terrified when Dr. Rutsis was going to put the new tooth on. To my surprise, I didn't need a shot. There was no yanking, pulling or drilling like before. The difference was surreal. The greatest thing though was when she was done, the replacement looked beautiful. It matched perfectly, my smile was back!!! I literally broke into happy tears and all the ladies at the office were just as happy for me. I feel like I not only found a gem of an office but I made a handful of supportive friends through the experience. Today I went back to get some cavities filled....something I've put off for years because of all the horrid experiences I've had with dentists. She filled 4 and not once, not even with the shot, did I feel any pain. I wish I could give this office a 10 star review. I highly recommend!!!!!

This was invaluable to me since I have suffered significant trauma in the past! My journey started with Dr Richard Schmid (Sunrise Facial and Oral Surgery) performing my full upper teeth extraction. For someone who faints while giving blood, this experience could not have been easier! Surgery was seamless and my recovery was swift. I can't believe that I felt comfortable within a week after significant bone grafting. It was so successful, I ended up with 6 implants instead of just the minimum 4. This father & son "dynamic dental duo" provided me with completely orchestrated care across both offices and throughout the process. In either office - the staff is absolutely incredible--friendly, patient, and so supportive. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at ease, which made a life changing procedure much less stressful. The attention to detail, compassion, and teamwork really stood out. They decided over one office…read morevisit to ruin that and not work with us on a billing dispute nor let us know we were now out of network before seeing us and performing services. I not only paid a copay during the visit but my insurnace paid out of network benefits and they are still asking for hundreds of dollars within 30 days or we will be discharged from the practice and sent to collections. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. It's hard to find a good Dentist in Brevard County that does not rip you off or try to sell products and services that you really do not need. We thought we finally found one; but disappointed to say we did noti and got screwed over in the process.

A year or so later I had some pain above my front tooth. An x-ray revealed an abscess and after some antibiotics and checkup, a root canal was needed. I've had 3 others in the past (by other dentists) so I have some experience with them. I must say Dr. Erin Carmody's procedure was painless and the most proficient I've ever had. Her personal followup call the next day was a nice touch too. I've been to this office a total of 4 times now. Each time I've had top notch service, and have been surrounded by helpful people with big friendly smiles. The office atmosphere is very cool too. Each room has floor to ceiling windows looking out to a beautiful jungle looking natural habitat filled with squirrels and birds playing, very peaceful and relaxing. What else could you ask for... I came to this dentist because I needed a tooth pulled. I was given X-Rays first. After my X-Rays…read morewere finished, I was seen by a female dentist, though I can't remember her name right now. She examined my X-Rays, and then she examined my entire mouth. She indicated that my tooth was infected, and she explained that the excruciating pain that I was experiencing was caused by this infection. I made sure to tell her that I was a sensitive case, and that I might need extra numbing because of my tooth sensitivity. I shared this with her because I was told this by another dentist in the past. She immediately said that she refused to see me for my tooth abstraction, and that I would need to see an oral surgeon that she was going to refer me to, in order for them to preform my tooth extraction. She then wrote me a prescription for antibiotics, but she did not write me a prescription for pain medicine. Which I thought was very cruel. After I got home, I was in so much pain that I called the office again, and I pleaded with them to give me something for the pain I was experiencing. The office staff just told me that the antibiotics would start relieving the pain in a few days, and they suggested that I take Advil for the pain in the mean time. At that point in time my tooth that was causing the pain was literally gone and there was only left what was below the gums. It was clear that the dentist on staff knew how much pain I was in because she saw the X-Rays, she also examined all of my teeth in my mouth. She even went on to explain that she could SEE the infection, and that the infection was causing me the excruciating pain that I was experiencing! Given all of this, you would think that she would prescribe me something for the PAIN, but she refused, and to be honest with you, I found this to be truly disturbing display of cruelty.

This is at the Orlando, FL location near UCF with Dr Nguyen Nguyen My college age son missed his semi-annual cleaning at home, so I thought I did my research by finding a good dentist near UCF (who was rated well with our dental insurance no less), where he could just get his teeth cleaned and keep up to date, until his next visit with his usual dentist back home. I was informed in advance that as a new patient they would be taking full x-rays. WELL, my son called me immediately after the appointment, to tell me he was all done and checking out, and scheduling to get SEVEN cavities filled. What, Wait, Rewind!?!?! I told him to stop right there, do not schedule anything, and have those new x-rays emailed to us. So fast forward, his dentist at home squeezed him in when he was able to get home for an evaluation and review of the x- rays they took. His current dentist (who he has seen since his first tooth) had to take new x-rays because the ones provided by Magnolia were sub-par. And as I expected, he did not have even ONE cavity, and his dentist said he teeth looked exactly as his last appointment approximately 9 months ago. And fortunately, not only was his dentist was just happy to report that he had a clean bill of health, but he sent my son on his way without charging him a dime. I really couldn't believe it when my son said SEVEN cavities. That is insane! After I finish writing this review, I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know of the sub-standard service offered at this location by this dentist, and how I really feel like they are taking advantage of patients who are gullible and essentially scam them. To leave on a good note, my son did feel like the dental hygienist did a good job cleaning his teeth.
