Dim lighting, cool refreshing AC, and their signature drinks. The service there is great. Friendly staff that will answer questions about it their drinks before you make a decision. I did find their coffee more acidic, that is very much dependent on the beans that they serve. No shade being said when I say that. I would ask them when you get there if you get an upset tummy about their beans and the acidity of it. Go check this place out.

Almost bordered on rude. After spending 15 minutes trying to connect to Wi-Fi, I finally asked and was told it had been out for a few days. Great! Put a sign up that says so and stop wasting people's time. Never going back. There are other coffee shops.

So that said, as this was our first visit, we stopped in for an espresso. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming and even informed us that their usual espresso shot was a double shot and asked if that was ok for us. Which was great because that would have been too much for us today and we were able to split the shot between us. The espresso was delicious with a delicate flavor of butter and dark chocolate. It had a slight bitterness to it, but not an over roasted or burned taste. The flavor changed as the shot cooled and was actually sweeter once cooled to room temperature which was surprising. Overall a great tasting espresso experience! We will definitely go back whenever we are in town and I look forward to trying their cinnamon rolls next stop in!

We were floored by the robust flavor of each of the homemade gravies. They have a tomato gravy, a sausage gravy, and a redeye gravy. The texture of the gravy was not too thick and none of them were greasy. We each ate a plate of homemade biscuits and in-house made gravy. Although the biscuits and gravy seem like a small serving, the dish is really an adequate meal. Overall, the flavor of the food and the friendliness of the staff solidified our making this restaurant our breakfast place when we visit Mobile.
