The process went like this: 1) Very clear initial communication. Kevin made sure that everything would be ready to go when he arrived to do the job so that he is not wasting his or your time and money. 2) Was not sure what to get but Kevin provided a clear shopping list of materials needed that were easy to procure... I believe the only thing I did have to begin with was the projector which we bought before contacting him. 3) Day of install Kevin showed up and worked quickly and efficiently (with great vibe too!), to get everything done. Was impressed with how clean he was able to make everything look because we had to run some cables for audio etc... over a pretty significant amount of wall space. Was definitely happy to have hired Kevin for the job because the resulting setup worked and looked great. If I had attempted to do this myself I'm sure it would have been a mess. Would highly recommend for your work/home theater systems/projectors setup!

Do not use them for anything. The do not know how to install light switches, and are not certified electricians so should not be doing so anyway. They do not know how to hang projectors. They will damage your projector screen. They do not know how to install door intercoms. They are rude and dishonest.

He moved one of the cameras to a spot, protected from the rain, and installed waterproof connector covers, that came with my cameras. As a result, I am now bumping up my review from 2 to 3 stars. So, overall, the original, quoted price was low, but the choice of equipment did not meet my requirements, and I ended up paying twice for the hardware - the wrong hardware that Jerry recommended and would not take back, then the right hardware that I purchased myself.
