Over the course of this project, there were three scheduled appointments--each one canceled or missed--with little to no notice. On top of that, I sent more than 10 follow-up emails just trying to get basic updates, most of which were either ignored or responded to with vague, non-committal answers. There seems to be a serious breakdown in communication and organization within this company. A straightforward job should not require this level of persistence from a customer. At no point did I feel like my time was respected or that my business was valued.
