When you get the best service you know it. Needed a company that can deal with different aspects of security systems. Needed service for an unusual lock and who can install a new security camera. Many companies said they can install cameras for us, but none could service the lock. After almost giving up, I came across Quality security system. They asked a photo of the lock and I emailed it to them. I was expecting the same "we can't service it" answer like many did, when I got a call from Izik who told me he can help. I was so happy since we started to think about getting a new lock. Izik was professional and knowledgeable. He reset the lock, removed it and then reinstall it. Worked like a charm.
