Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish. run away! after they got our deposit, they were rude and argumentative. we thought it was one…read moreperson. but the installation proved this is a horrible company. at sale said it would be no problem to put extra pavers under. we paid three hundred dollars for 60 extra pavers and delivery . they refused at the time of installation to put them under the floor as promised. they just yes us to death and did what they wanted to do. we went out a few times because we didn't want to hover, asked them to please do the job as contracted. we were completely ignored. after they left there were large gaps in the floor and window that we had to caulk. the floor pops all the time. Obviously the shed is not squared correctly just thrown together. wanted the pavers to butt together so nothing could crawl under, they left gaps. when told they wouldn't be getting the planned generous tip, they began shoving the pavers under the installed shed, ramming them with a crowbar. the pavers are all broken, scratched and ugly. we never could of imagined the work could of be of such poor quality. its frustrating that we spent our money there, reached out several times. non one has called back, and they do not answer the phone for us. such a really simple was such a very poor job. you will get burned.
