We hired GP&A after speaking with several pool companies and chose them specifically based on their…read morereviews praising quick response times and communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We did the "Green-to-Clean ($800)". It took SIX weeks. We had to repeatedly follow up because they would go ~2 weeks without showing up or communicating. When we asked, we were told there was an emergency situation, we tried to be understanding, but there was no proactive communication on their end. We decided weekly service ($250/month). After the initial clean, we signed up for weekly maintenance. Within 24-48 hours of each visit, chlorine levels would drop back to 0 ppm. GP&A's explanation was that our pool system was outdated and needed to be replaced. However, we had two separate pool inspections done when we purchased the home, plus 3-4 other pool companies assess the equipment, none of them flagged the system (installed in 2017) as a problem requiring replacement. Upsell attempts: GP&A quoted us a full system replacement (under $6,000) and then a filter replacement (~$2,200) before they said they could continue service. We decided to move on to another provider. End of service: We asked if they could continue maintaining the pool through the end of the month. Their last visit was six days before the final day of the month (image attached). The pool was visibly green and in poor condition by end of month (again they serviced it 6 days ago and it is this green; not adding enough chlorine). When we brought this up, they responded that the condition was "consistent with the unresolved filtration issue for which repairs were recommended", essentially placing responsibility on us for not purchasing their repair package. We were looking for a long-term, trustworthy pool service company. What we experienced was poor communication, inconsistent results, and recommendations that no other company has supported. I cannot recommend GP&A based on our experience.

Do not hire Prestige Pool. My pool was built and plastered in December 2025. During plastering,…read morethey stained a large section of the wall. It is now July 2026 -- eight months later -- and it is still not fixed. I have called and emailed repeatedly. Every time, I'm told someone will come out to repair it. No one ever does. The damage is covered under warranty. I've asked them directly to either fix the stain or refund the plaster cost. They will not respond to either request. Here's the pattern: Prestige Pool collects full payment before the plaster work is even finished. Once they have your money, there is no urgency and no accountability. I have spent eight months chasing a company that has already been paid in full for a job it did not finish correctly. I am a homeowner who paid in full, in good faith, and got a broken promise in return. If you are considering this company, protect yourself: do not release full payment until the pool is filled with water and confirmed in complete working condition. Get every warranty commitment in writing. I did not do this carefully enough, and I am paying for it eight months later with a stained wall and a company that will not fix the stain they incurred on my pool. Homeowners work hard for this money. Prestige Pool took mine and then stopped listening the moment the check cleared.

Radelli Design and Build LLC "Radelli" was contracted (3-19-25) to design and construct a pool,…read moreoutdoor kitchen and pergola. HOA approved 6-6-25, and excavation began 6-19-25. 8 months later, neither the pool nor kitchen is complete. Laborers had appeared sporadically, and when workers did show up, they worked limited hours, with no meaningful progress made. Repeated written requests for a work schedule, updates and timeline to complete had been refused/ignored by Radelli. Despite receiving $290,000 (over 90% of the $320,000 contract price) in payments made on-time, Radelli had completed no more than 60-70% of the contracted work. Furthermore, Radelli failed to obtain the required city of The Colony, Texas electrical and plumbing permits for the kitchen and pergola construction. Radelli's refusal to provide consistent manpower, non-performance, abandonment, failure to maintain a safe site, and failure to obtain required city permits constituted multiple breaches of the contract and subsequently termination for Cause, that was effective 11-5-25. This is now a pending status legal lawsuit.

In the 2 years I've used this company for basic weekly lawn care, they've destroyed patio furniture, broken multiple sprinkler heads which were never fixed and had to call another company to fix them, billed me for services I've requested and never received. Last year as I was recovering from back surgery, I called in multiple times per week to request leaf pick up only to be told "it's going to happen this week". It took more than 1 month between my request and the actual leaf pick up. This is an incredibly high maintenance maintenance service for something as trivial as "weekly lawn care". I put in more work calling and calling to get bills corrected and the right services than i do all my other bills combined. Obviously, I do not recommend them.
