honestly, i didn't know what to expect when my son and i showed up for his first appointment at this office. we are new to arizona and i have had both good and bad experiences in the past in all medical-type environments, as my son is autistic, and i never know just how far i can push him on a daily basis. the first thing i noticed was how warmly we were greeted. the nice blonde-ish gal at the front desk met eyes with me and smiled the moment i opened the door. somebody give her a raise! there was a movie playing in the lobby, which was awesome because as soon as my son realized we were in a "doctor office", he wanted to leave immediately. having the movie on settled his nerves and he chilled out in his chair until i finished the paperwork and we got called back. still uncertain and a little wary of how my son would react, the dental assistant asked me first and foremost if we were doing okay.. if we needed anything.. i explained our situation and she responded with sincere compassion, kindness, and understanding. my son let her look in his mouth and even clean his teeth. let me emphasize how huge it is that he allowed a stranger in his mouth! oh but the best part? when they lean the kids' chairs back, the same movie from the lobby is playing on a tv on the CEILING. this is above and beyond.. not to mention genius. another thing i will say about this office.. they have the one dentist and i swear i couldn't have chosen someone who treated my son with so much dignity and respect. of course my tiny human was in tears but i could tell that this man really cares about his patients. he took his time with my son, was patient with him, explained to me (the worrying mommy) what i needed to know, gave me adequate time to ask questions.. did not rush me out the door. overall i felt that my son and i were well taken care of.. i have never felt so comfortable being at the dentist, especially with my son. 5 stars across the board. read more

My daughter had to have dental surgery and be put under. The Anesthesiologist and I had some words because they wanted me to leave before my daughter was fully under and asleep. He was so rude and I think it's messed up that they want me to leave my screaming child. They kept saying that she wasn't in pain after but that was bullshit!!! The Anesthesiologist was suppose to give her pain meds but didn't. I was told that she would be okay in a few hours and that they would call me to check on her & give me some gauze. Well they never gave me gauze nor did they call to check on her. She's been in pain since we left. I gave her ibuprofen but it only helps a little. I provided all of my insurance information, yet they keep insisting I owe money for my kids' cleaning. Plenty of parking. A little difficult to find the actual office on the first visit; the signs aren't very apparent or descriptive. But the office staff is friendly. And the space is clean. Quick and easy visit with the dentist. I appreciate the gentle treatment with my daughter. Surprised that they just brush and don't floss, but I guess I can request it next time and see what they say. Overall, a positive experience. read more

Crooks. Dentist always changing. My son did an SDF in that office and they used a dental assistant (illegal by the way). And they are trying to charge $75 for a cleaning that happened in May 2021 (it is now 2023). I questioned it because I have had the same insurance and it has always just been cleaning except for the Jan. Visit. Their billing incompetency should not be my problem. IF YOU HAVE AHCCCS OR MEDICAID, BEWARE! This office said my daughter needed a root canal, crown and 3 fillings, but after getting a second opinion her teeth are fine. So disgusting they see an easy pay check and will ruin your kids teeth for money!! Disgraceful and wrong on so many levels!! Always get a second opinion to avoid "professionals" taking advantage. Doctors there are wonderful! Great with kids and explain everything thoroughly to parents. However, we will not be returning due to the office staff. I called Wednesday to update my sons insurance. Was told they took this but that they would verify beforehand. I asked for a call back just so I knew it would be covered. Never got a call. I called Monday morning before our appointment, was told it wasn't verified and that they would call me back. Never got a call back so I called again, was told they don't take my insurance. Disappointed that my son basically fell through the cracks, not to mention, during covid- we are basically risking ourselves every time we go out. If I hadn't of called, we would have risked exposure to go there to be told they don't accept our insurance. This is just one example of the staff falling short. Also before all this, I referred my coworker here. After being told her insurance was contracted, she received a $700 bill for a cleaning. Turns out, nothing was submitted to insurance. 6 months later, she is still trying to get this bill taken care of. Also- I received literally 30 texts and emails to confirm the appointment that we had. It was a bit much. read more

Rough with toddlers , my 4 yr is traumatized because they were hurting him and told him that if he didn't stop crying they were going to give them a shot !? Like how is that professional, thanks for making my little one scared to even get a cleaning . Then worst of it all is they fully sedated my daughter and sent her home while medication was at its peak . Came at 830am appointment was at 9am. When we signed in I was told they gave my daughters appointment away. Was told by one of the receptionist " we'll you can just wait until 1015am it's only another hour." 1040am comes and we still had not been called to see anyone. My daughter was done waiting by 930 but I made her push through until 11. Worst customer service and patient care. How do you expect a 3-4 year old to wait 2 and half hours. When letting the front desk know we were going to leave we no longer were going to wait. NO apology was given only eye rolling. read more

I like the care that my kids get here and we've been coming for about 2 years. But we are Native Americans and we notice every time that we are treated very differently than your average Caucasian kids. When my 6 year old was in the chair the dentist didn't talk to him, didn't try to make him feel comfortable or happy. But when he moved to a different child in the next chair, it was completely different. So much enthusiasm and excitement was given to the other child. I'm not saying they're racist or anything. I just wish they'd give us the same service as others. Even the dental assistants treated us differently. Just be aware of that if you're not Caucasian. :( read more

Very friendly staff, always prompt. My daughters love going to the dentist for their routine exams. The office is very cute and has a great waiting/play area for kids. My kids love the coins they receive at the end of the visit and the reusable water bottle. The dentist, Dr. Seare is friendly and informative. When my daughter suffers a PE collision and knocked her teeth loose, he got her in right away and was super helpful during a worrisome time. I highly recommend this dentist if you're in the Gilbert/Queen Creek area. read more

They have really taken care of my family. I took my nephew here years ago. They were kind. When my son needed to be seen they got us in immediately and we're able to fix the issue next day. I don't even know where to start. From the time you walk in to the time you leave you they take care of you. We walked in and were greeted immediately. I arrived with the plenty of time to fill out the new patient paper work (I had a back to back appointment for my boys) and was surprised how easy it was. They get to business and don't waste paper on trivial fillers. We were taken back for X-rays and my oldest son, who is autistic, was terrified. The sweet gal didn't force him to keep going. She got what she got and that was that. My middle son was a saint. The hygienist, Heather, was AMAZING!!!!! She didn't push My oldest to do anything, she explained everything step by step. She understood him, that's priceless. She worked on my middle son and I'm impressed at how efficient she was while recalling most the cast of Disney Cars! She even remembered Ms. Sally! Lol The dentist was outstanding. He understood autism, how to approach my oldest, and when to push and when to let him lead. He explained everything and never made me feel dumb or bad for my kids having a cavity, I'll admit it. More so after the exam the kids get cool tokens to get a treasure. They were so excited to pick their prize. Only down side is the procedure scheduling is a bit far out, but that comes with the territory I suppose. Text, email, phone calls are almost like spam calls and texts. Dentists are not too bad but they're squeezed by office staffs schedule way too much patients. I heard dentist talking about the need of immediate treatment rejected by office staff at once. They don't seem like expressing their opinions because office staffs have to make them make more money. Dentist wanted to exam first then decide treatments but office staffs have no clue why that's important but they want payment first if you're trying to check in. Planning treatment is always a possibility not a guaranteed decision until you see the patient. I thought about explaining that but they don't seem care anything other than money. If they think appointment time is that important other people's time is precious too. Constant calls and they think they can talk to us any time they want but have customers waiting for almost an hour every visit is ridiculous. I also heard many people complained about being cancelled if they're late just little bit. Not nice. read more

I have been in once for my child's first visit. Very nice people working in the entire office. The Dentist was so good with her, she wasn't scared and I loved how she sat in my lap with her head in the Doctors lap while they did the cleaning. There was a movie playing on the ceiling so she was totally into watching and not worrying about what was going on in her mouth!. We have to go in to get a cavity filled at the end of the month. I am a little nervous about having to put her to sleep for the procedure but the staff is very supportive and insure me everything will be okay.
