We were basically there for a meet & greet/consultation being that our son needs anesthesia for EVERYTHING including x-rays! Once we met Dr. Taylor I knew we made the right choice, he had such good bedside manner & reassured us that everything is in house. He's the only dentist there as it's his private practice, so no worries of our son being scheduled with a particular dentist at random. Unfortunately after speaking to the customer service rep who answered the phone I was told they do NOT offer free dental care and only have a 20% discount over most private clinics!!! I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. Why are they advertised as a Free Clinic and then only provide a 20% discount, he can get that at most regular clinics because he is a veteran, so not really a discount. Adults have 32 teeth so she told me to get implants it is $1000 a tooth so that is $32,000 dollars!! WOW not much of a discount....
