I was putting in 1 blanket and 2 comforter. I asked her what the problem is, especially since the store window announces in big block letters: "BLANKETS AND COMFORTERS". When I was drying, I caught her glaring hostilely at me from 20 feet away. I asked her, "Why are you staring at me like that?", She responded in an incomprehensible manner. The place itself is very narrow, no room for chairs inside. If you are going to yell at customers for bringing in business you advertise for, you got a big problem. It gets one star bec the mgr or owner helped me the 1st time I went there. It is also 2 blocks from Planet Fitness. Otherwise, if I want a fight doing laundry in a laundromat, this is the place to be.

Trust has been compromised and I can't support a business that engages in these kinds of scams, then lies to cover it up. My husband usually dry clean his work shirts here, and so far the survival chance for all of them are 100%! No failure! I remember one of year end, I sent my dress to this store for dry clean, and the result was satisfying, too. However, the service for my dress was a little bit over $10/pc, comparing to my husband's oxford shirt of about $2/pc Very reasonable price range, considering the time we saved and the importance of those items to us. Had the actual worst day and to top it off the drier in my house broke (even after spending hours…read moretrying to fix it), so I went to this laundry mat since it's the closest thing to my house and I had no car. I had to lug around 3 garbage bags of my clothes and walk in all of the piles of snow and ice we just got. Once I got here I asked if they accepted card and the woman working here said no no no and gestured for me to go away like I was bothering her. I had cash so I went to get a card for the machines and started to put my clothes in the drier. After I started the drier the same woman came up to me and said I'm not allowed back here because I wasn't supposed to just use the drier, I had to use the washing machines too. I had no idea and started apologizing saying "I'm so sorry I didn't know, my drier at just home broke--", and she was still very mad and just said okay don't come back here. I completely understand if a place has rules and I wasn't trying to blatantly go against them, I genuinely just had no idea. To immediately say, "don't come back here" is so beyond rude.
