The man has already mopped the floor and was just closing the door. I asked if he would please let us do a drop off. He smiled and took it. We had to bring the bags of clothes in and stepped on the floor. With all those footprint and mess we made, he still managed to do us the big favor. Then, we got a call saying they had to rewash everything because there was some "red stuff" in our bag. Told us there will be additional charge (very reasonable price + reasonable rewash charge). When we got there the man showed us what it was (my lipstick). He kept it to show us. And he was clear to us we might still find some staining on some of the clothes but he tried his best. During the conversation he instinctively put his hands together making a "rubbing/ wash by hand" movement, you can tell he really did put an effort to making sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. Been there a few times after that and am still very happy with them. Good price, good service, everything is always nicely folded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And really do appreciate them staying open for us.

CAR MATS, the car mats you step on when you sit in a car. I have never in my entire life seen this before. There's people washing their clothes in these machines but you never know what people put in them. What makes it worst is the employee saw them putting the mats in the washer and didn't say anything. Nothing!! she didn't say nothing to them. After today, I will never come back here and I hope I'm not itching in my clothes because I don't know what was put in the washer before me. Please be careful where you wash your cloths. I will try to take a picture if possible but they keep looking around because I think they know the mats are not suppose to be in the washer. That's what they have car wash facilities for. Please let me know if I'm wrong. They also put the mats in the dryer. Lord have mercy!!!

I brought a summery long dress to be cleaned and a pair of jeans to have the waist taken in. The cleaning cost $21 and the alteration $40. The dress was cleaned but the bra cups in it were mangled and out of shape. When I brought the dress back to have the problem solved, I was told the cups would be steamed into shape. When I picked the dress up, nothing had been done to fix the problem. As for the jeans, they fit as loosely after the alteration as before. Since moving to the area from a private home equipped with a washer and dryer, I had to do careful research on where to launder my clothes. I'm extremely picky about how laundry is done. I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. Splurge the extra $1.50 for the appropriate sized machine. The attendants are very kind here and knowledgeable. I've been coming for 2 years now.

Also, I was unable to use the app and unable to use their website (no fault of my own. They are having problems with both) so as a result I had to verbally give out my credit card information! In the future I will stop being lazy and just use my own washer and dryer! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!
